CREW REPORTED THAT THE ENG INSTRUMENT LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. TROUBLESHOOTING IDENTIFIED THE DC VOLT AMMETER TO BE SHORTED INTERNALLY. REMOVED THE DEFECTIVE METER PN 128-380079-3 SN 409 & INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED UNIT.
