DURING HEAVY CHECK MAINTENANCE FOUND CFIII, FLOOR STRUCTURE, CENTER SHEAR WEB AT FR87 TO FR88 CORRODED. CENTER SHEAR WEB FLOOR STRUCTURE LOCATED BETWEEN FR87 AND FR88 IN CENTER FUSELAGE III WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW SRM 51-42-01.
** WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR HEAVY CHECK** COCKPIT DOOR FAILED EMERGENCY OPENING TEST. REPLACED COCKPIT DOOR UPPER HINGE BUSHING IAW AMM 52-51-01. AIRCRAFT REMAINS OUT OF SERVICE FOR COMPLETION OF HEAVY CHECK.
SEAT 8 AB, ABOUT 36 INCHES OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHT MISSING. SECURED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW AMM 25-00-00.
