SHE STATED ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS EXCEPT DOOR ARMED WENT RED. RETURNED TO GATE. PERFORMED GVI OF L1 DOOR IAW AMM 05-25-00-211-802A / 05-25-00-211-801A. NO DEFECTS NOTED. LUBED ALL ARTICULATING JOINTS IN VENT FLAP MECHANISM. MEL RESTORED.
FOUND L1 DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE PACKBOARD UPPER TAB BROKEN OFF. IAW AMM 25-65-01/400 FIGURE 402 ITEM G. PAGE 13/37 R & R L1 DOOR EMERGENCY SLIDE IAW AMM 25-65-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
TIRE TREAD SEPARATION ON LANDING RESULTING IN FLAP DAMAGE. UPON LANDING GROUND SPOILERS FAIL, FLT CTRL NO DISPATCH, LG NO DISPATCH, HYD 2 LO QTY (2%) POSTED. DURING POST FLIGHT FOUND SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE DUE TO TIRE RETREAD DEPARTING TIRE. RAR #3 WHEEL ASSY IAW EA32-49-05-801.
SHEAR CLIP AT FR 88 BETWEEN STR 27R AND 28R IS CORRODED (LEVEL 2 CORROSION). REMOVED AND REPLACE SHEAR AT FRAME 88 BETWEEN STRINGER 27-28R IAW SRM 51-40-08.
IAS FLAGGED IN BOTH PFDS RIGHT BEFORE ROTATION DURING TAKE OFF. RETURNED TO CMI ADS PROBE 1 FAIL AFTER LANDING UNDER MAX LANDING WEIGHT. "TRANSFERRED TO NRWC 746-CMI-00862" AIR SPEED INDICATOR. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. T/S IAW FIM 34-15-00-810-864-A. RAR ADS PROBE 1 IAW ERJ 170 AMM 34-13-01 OPS CHK GOOD NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED
