DURING CRUISE, FLIGHT CREW EXPERIENCED A BUS 1 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM FAILURE. BUS 1 WENT TO EMERGENCY POWER, AND MULTIPLE SYSTEMS WERE LOST OR AFFECTED. DUE TO ITS RUNWAY LENGTH, CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT TO LAX. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING ACCOMPLISHED. FOLLOWING IAC DOWNLOADS AND CONSULTING WITH CESSNA TEAM X, IT WAS SUSPECTED THAT THE LT SPLIT BUS START ASSEMBLY (CONTROL LOGIC MODULE NK105 P/N: 6718481-14 S/N: 0111) WAS AT FAULT. LOGIC MODULE NK105 WAS REPLACED AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. A SATISFACTORY CONFIDENCE FLIGHT WAS CONDUCTED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

SOON AFTER TAKEOFF, FLIGHT CREW NOTED THAT THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO THE RETRACT POSITION WHEN ATTEMPTING TO DO SO. CREW INFORMED ATC OF THE ISSUE AND REQUESTED DELAYED VECTORS IN ORDER TO RUN THE CHECKLIST. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND THE DECISION WAS MADE TO RETURN TO TEB. ALL THREE GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL; AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MAINTENANCE FOUND BOTH THE NOSE GEAR SWITCH CAM (P/N: 6742029-2) WORN AND THE NOSE GEAR STRUT UNDERSERVICED. CAM WAS REPLACED WITH NEW AND THE STRUT WAS PROPERLY SERVICED. GEAR SWING FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. A SATISFACTORY CONFIDENCE FLIGHT WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AFTER DEPARTING AT APPROX 200 FEET AGL, FLIGHT CREW NOTED IN THE COCKPIT AN ODORLESS SMOKE LIKE MIST COMING FROM THE COPILOT SIDE. CREW QUICKLY DAWNED OXYGEN MASKS & DECLARED AN EMER. WHILE EXECUTING THE CHECKLIST, THE SMOKE CLEARED WITHIN A FEW MINUTES & THEY WERE VECTORED BACK & LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE COCKPIT ACM FAILED, PN 738384-33. UNIT WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW STYLE ACM, LEAK & OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL. ACFT WILL BE RELEASED TO SERVICE WHEN ADDITIONAL MX IS COMPLETE.

CREW REPORTED A PUFF OF SMOKE FROM BEHIND THE COPILOT SEAT AND A BURNED ELECTRICAL ODOR DURING DESCENT INTO CMH. REMOVED COCKPIT ZONE TEMPERATURE SENSOR/FAN ASSY COVER AND FOUND TRACE EVIDENCE OF SMOKE MARKS. SUSPECT THAT FOD WAS TRAPPED IN THE ZONE TEMPERATURE FAN ASSY AND CAUSED SMOKE. REMOVED AND INSTALLED A NEW COCKPIT ZONE TEMPERATURE SENSOR P/N: 9914130-6 AND FAN ASSY P/N: 414F. (S)
