CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE LH AND RH WING ACCESS PLANK OPENINGS AND THERE WERE SEVERAL AREAS OUT OF LIMITS PER THE CL350 SRM WHICH REQUIRED ENGINEERING DISPOSITION.
AT FL360 WE RECEIVED AMBER EFIS MISCOMPARE WITH AMBER ATL. THE RIGHT SIDE READ 200ÿ LOWER THAN THE LT & STANDBY. WHEN SELECTING AIR DATA 1 PER THE CHECKLIST. RECEIVED FOLLOWING CYAN FAULTS: FLAPS FAULT, R ENG THRUST FAULT, L ENG THRUST FAULT, STAB TRIM FAULT & SPOILERS FAULT. INSPECTED BOTH PITOT PROBES WITH NO DEFECTS, REMOVED RT FWD CHCK PANEL 142AR, VERIFIED THAT ADC DRAIN BOWLS EMPTY. PROCEEDED COMPLY WITH PURGING OF THE PITOT STATIC SYSTEM. NO DEBRIS NOTED IN THE LINES. IAW AMM 34-11-00-100-801. REMOVED ADC 2 IAW CRC REQUEST. REMOVED ADC 2. INSTALLED OVERHAULED ADC 2. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 34-13-01. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST/OPS TEST WITH NO DEFECTS. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 34-13-01.
BLEED LOOP FAULT CYAN CAS: 2.5 HOURS INTO THE FLIGHT AT FL430 GOT CYAN BLEED LOOP FAULT CAS. IT REMAINED ON FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AND THEN EXTINGUISHED FOR THE REST OF THE FLIGHT. B3-007406 CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED MDC AND NVM DOWNLOADS. CHECKED FOR CURRENT FAULTS, AND NO CURRENT FAULTS WERE PRESENT. WE CHECKED FOR FAULT HISTORY AND CONFIRMED THAT 83-007406 HAD APPEARED. RAN THE PACKS FOR ABOUT 30 MIN AND FOUND NO BLEED LOOP FAULT GAS OR CURRENT FAULTS. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE BLEED-AIR LEAK-DETECTION AND WARNING SYSTEM AND INITIATION TEST OF THE BLEED-AIR LEAK-DETECTION LOOPS AND FOUND THE TEST SATISFACTORY, I.R.W. CL-350 AMM 36-21-00-05. CHECKED THE LEAK DETECTION HISTORY FOR THE SAME TIME THE FAULT HAPPENED AND FOUND A 70% LEAK DETECTION RATE FOR LOOP A. INSPECTED MT73 LOOP A AND FOUND IT WAS NOT SECURED IN THE INSULATED CONNECTION POINT. A PORTION OF THE LOOP IS TOUCHING THE BRACKET FOR THE INSULATED CONNECTION. 30/MAR/2025 RESECURED LOOP AND ADJUSTED INSTALLATION TO PREVENT ANY CONTACT. OPERATED THE ECS AND PERFORMED CHECKS, ALL CHECKS ARE SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME AND NO FAULTS WERE PRESENT DURING OPERATION. NO LEAKS WERE NOTED IN THE 70% AREA OF THE PACK LOOP DURING INSPECTION. CONTACTED MCC AND ADVISED OF FINDINGS AND MX PERTORMED. MCC CONTACTED CRC FOR REVIEW OF NVM & MDC DOWNLOADS AND FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS. PER CRC, IF THERE ARE NO LEAKS AND WITH FINDING THE LOOP NOT PROPERLY IN ITS MOUNT, THAT COULD BE THE ISSUE. MCC OK WITH SIGN OFF AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED IRW CL-350 AMM 36-21-00. 30MAR2025

INSTALLED NEW WINDOW AND PERFORMED ALL LEAK, OPS & FUNCTIONAL CHECKS, NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. WINDOW INSTALLED PER CMP 561006.
ELECTRICAL ODOR EMENATED FROM WHAT SEEMED LIKE THE OVERHEAD PANEL. FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF OVERHEATING OR SHORTING. OPERATED ELECTRICALS, NO EVIDENCE OF AN ELECTRICAL ODOR. OPERATED THE AIR CONDITIONING SYS AND THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF AN ELECTRICAL ODOR. CHECKED IAW MM 31-10-00 PG 1.
AFTER TAKEOFF, CREW NOTICED BURNING ODOR AND MIST IN CABIN. PERFORMED EMERGENCY RETURN TO DEPARTURE. FOUND OIL STREAKING IN EXHAUST AND FOD IN COMPRESSOR SECTION. ON TEARDOWN, NR 2 BEARING CARBON SEAL WAS FOUND FRACTURED WITH FRAGMENTS OF THE SEAL HAVING MIGRATED INTO THE GAS PATH CAUSING FOD CONDITION.
AFTER TAKEOFF, SMELLED A BURNING SMELL AND THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE A MIST IN THE CABIN. PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY RETURN TO DEPARTURE. INSPECTED RT ENGINE AND FOUND EVIDENCE OF OIL IN THE EXHAUST DUCT AND COWLS. INSPECTED ENGINE INLET WITH BORESCOPE IAW MM 72-00-00 OIL SMELL OR SMOKE IN CABIN FAULT ISOLATION. INSPECTION OF VARIABLE GUIDE VANES INDICATES BLADES AT 6 O-CLOCK POSITION AND 1ST STAGE OF HIGH PRESSURE TURBINE BLADES SHOW SIGNS OF DAMAGE. R & R THE RT ENGINE IAW MM 71-00-00. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY ENGINE GROUND PERFORMANCE RUNS AND LEAK CHECKS IAW MM 71-00-00.
WHEN ACFT WAS POWERED UP, SMOKE CAME OUT OF THE COMPUTER BOX. REMOVED COMPUTER AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED COMPUTER WITH ORIGINAL SOFTWARE CD. ALL OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO SMOKE OR BURNING ODOR PRESENT.
GEAR COLLAPSED ON LANDING.
RT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATION STAYED STEADY. CREW COULD FEEL A DRAG OF THE LANDING GEAR ON RETURN TO FIELD. REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR WITH REPAIRED ACTUATOR IAW MM 32-10-20.
WHILE CRUISING AT FL230 WE GOT A "GEAR NOT DOWN" CAS MESSAGE ALONG WITH THE GEAR WARNING HORN AND THE RT PFD AIRSPEED INDICATOR TURNED RED. RECEIVED ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS ONCE GEAR WAS DOWN & LOCKED. TROUBLESHOT TO A BAD FLAP/SLAT ECU. REPLACED WITH AN INSPECTED/TESTED FSECU. FUNCTIONAL TEST AND LANDING GEAR EXTENSION WARNING SYS OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW MM 27-51-05, 27-51-45 & 32-60-00.
GROUND AIR BRAKES DEPLOYED ON FINAL APPROACH WHEN THE SWITCH WAS ARMED. R & R LT MLG WOW SWITCH AND HARNESS IAW AMM 32-60-05. OPERATIONAL & FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
