Maintenance disclosures
THE MAINTENANCE TECH REPORTED THAT DURING TROUBLESHOOTING OF APU SYSTEM IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT AN APU CIRCUIT BREAKER ON THE APU START PANEL WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN AND WOULD NOT LATCH AND RESET. THE DEFECTIVE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW BREAKER. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THE THE ENGINE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM (EDS) ANNUNCIATOR WAS ILLUMINATED. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED ON MEL. AT THE MAINTENANCE OPPORTUNITY, THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE EDS COMPUTER WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS REPLACED WITH A REPAIRED UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING LANDING THE LEFT THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY, NO TR LIGHTS ON LEFT SIDE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND LEFT HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR WEIGHT-ON-WHEELS LOCKING CLIP FOR ROLLER WAS MISSING. THE MISSING KEEPER CLIP WAS REPLACED WITH NEW. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT UPON LANDING THE LEFT THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY, NO TR LIGHTS ON LEFT SIDE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM FOUND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WEIGHT ON WHEELS LOCKING CLIP FOR ROLLER MISSING. REPLACED THE MISSING KEEPER CLIP (P/N 15PA137) IN REFERENCE TO LEARJET 60XR AMM. COMPLIED WITH OPS CHECKS PF TR SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
