SYSTEM OPERATING SYSTEM MUST BE REFORMATTED AND LOADED MANUALLY BY MAINTENANCE TO BRING SCREENS ONLINE, PROCEDURES ARE NOT IN ICA FOR THIS TASK AND MUST BE CARRIED OUT ON THE PHONE WITH TECH REPRESENTATIVES EACH TIME A FAILURE OCCURS.
