SEAT 4R RED AND WHITE EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ILLUMINATED SHINING ONTO THE FLOOR WITH THE EMER LIGHTS SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. TROUBLESHOT 4R EMERGENCY LIGHT. DISCOVERED THAT WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE COMMANDED, SEAT ACCENT LIGHT ILLUMINATES,& EMERGENCY LIGHT DOES NOT. WHEN SEAT ACCENT LIGHT IS COMMANDED, EMERGENCY LIGHT ILLUMINATES. GAINED ACCESS TO LIGHTS WIRINGS, DISCONNECTED & CONNECTED THEM IAW MANUAL SEAT ACCENT LIGHT & EMER LIGHT OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES NOTED. IAW CMM 25-11-82.

AFTER OPENING THE DOOR AND STEPPING ON TO THE DOOR, WE HEARD A SNAP AND IT LOOKS AS IF THE AFT CABLE SNAPPED. THE DOOR IS RUBBING AGAINST THE FUSELAGE. DUE TO FUSELAGE GOUGE C/W PERMANENT REPAIR OF FUSELAGE GOUGE IAW RFTS-116299 REV 0. / STEPS 5 AND 6 EDDY CURRENT AND ULTRASONIC OF RFTS WERE COMPLIED WITH BY WEST STAR AVIATION UNDER WORK ORDER # / NDT-26582 . DUE TO MED SKIN DENT BOMBARDIER COMPLIED WITH PERMANENT REPAIR IAW RFTS-116358 REV 0 STEP 4 WAS COMPLIED WITH BY WEST STAR AVIATION UNDER WORK ORDER # NDT-26690 AND RFTS WAS COMPLIED WITH UNDER BOMBARDIER W/O # 4746870
