AFTER DEPARTURE AT APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET MSL, A LOUD BANG OR SERIES OF BANGS WAS HEARD AND FELT. MOMENTARY VIBRATION WAS FELT THROUGH AIRFRAME. THE AIRCRAFT YAWED AND ROLLED. WE CONTINUED CLIMB TO 3000 FEET AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. WE DIVERTED TO KJFK AND LANDED OVERWEIGHT ON RUNWAY 31L. TOUCHDOWN WAS SMOOTH AND LIGHT BRAKING WAS USED. THE DIAGNOSTICS PAGE SHOWS UNEXPECTED ENGINE SURGEON THE RIGHT ENGINE. REMOVED NO. 2 ENGINE FOR 3RD STAGE HPC DAMAGE ALL DONE IAW AMM 71-00-01 & AS907-2-1A LMM 72-05-22.
AFTER LANDING WHILE TAXIING WE HEARD A LOUD GRINDING SOUND AND THE AIRCRAFT COCKPIT/CABIN TEMPERATURE BEGAN TO CLIMB. ALSO HAD A VERY STRONG BURNING SMELL. RECEIVED A "PACK TEMP HIGH" AMBER CAS MSG. REMOVED ACM AND INSTALLED AMM 2142-11 REF. ITEM 4.1 THE SEP T/8 RECOMMENDATIONS, ABLE TO FROM THE DUCTS FOLLOWED BY A "PACK TEMP HIGH" A GRINDING NOISE FROM ACM. LET IT COOL CONFIRMED THAT HAS SEIZED. WE ALSO PERFORMED DUCTS. ELECIRICAL CONNECTORS AND NO DEFECTS ALONG WITH NEW PACIUNGS AND SEALS. IAW BOMBARDIER CL-350 AMM 2142-11 REF. ITEM 4.1 FOR OPS & LEAK CHECKS.

REMOVED BCU P/N: 142-045-2 S/N: 865 AND REPLACED WITH A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED REPAIRED BCU P/N: 142-045-2 S/N: 126, REF CL-350 AMM 32-43-01. PERFORMED OPERATION TEST OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM REF 32-43-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD. REINSTALLED BELLY PANEL 182BL REF CL-350 AMM 53-63-17 SERVICED BOTH L./H AND R/H HYD SYSTEMS REF CL-350 AMM 12-12-00. REINSTALLED L./H AVIONICS CLOSET REF CL-350 AMM 25-72-01.
FUEL ODOR IN BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT. ACCESSED BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AND WAS NOT ABLE TO DETECT THE ODOR OF FUEL. INSPECTED AREA FOR ANY LEAKS OR EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS LEAKS, DID NOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE IN BAGGAGE AREA. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 25-50-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
BRAKES FEEL AS IF THERE IS PARTIAL HYD PRESSURE ON WITHOUT PILOT INPUT. REMOVED OLD POWER BRAKE VALVE. INSTALLED INSPECTED POWER BRAKE VALVE IAW CMP CARD 324002 COMPLIED WITH NORMAL PARKING AND EMERGENCY BRAKE BLEEDING IAW MM CH 32-40-20. COMPLIED WITH NORMAL PARKING AND EMERGENCY BRAKE FUNCTIONAL TEST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME WORK DONE IAW CH 32-40-20.
BRAKES FEEL AS IF THERE IS PARTIAL HYD PRESSURE ON WITHOUT PILOT INPUT.
ON TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR INDICATOR FOR RT MAIN WAS RED HASH MARKS, TOWER ADVISED RT MAIN WAS STILL DOWN. RAN QRH CHECKLIST, LOWERED GEAR TO 3 GREEN, LANDED. REMOVED RIGHT MLG ACTUATOR. INSTALLED REPAIRED MLG ACTUATOR ON RT MLG PER CMP 321004. FOLLOW ON AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS COMPLETED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
KRUEGERS DEPLOYED UNCOMMANDED IN FLIGHT. REMOVED KRUEGER/FLAP SELECTOR VALVE AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED KRUEGER/FLAP SELECTOR VALVE. REF. GAC-SAV WORK ORDER 151555 ITEM 8.4 FOR FULL DETAIL OF WORK PERFORMED.
