TOP EXIT SIGN LIGHT INOP BOTTOM IS ON. BEGAN TROUBLESHOOTING. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS. FOUND THE TOP EXIT SIGN LIGHT AT THE EMERGENCY EXIT INOP. GAINED ACCESS TO CONNECTION AND FOUND CONNECTOR AT THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY BROKEN OFF. SENT PICTURES TO MCC AND PLACED PARTS ON ORDER. PART WAS REMOVED AND INSTALLED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. DUE TO TOP EXIT LIGHT CONNECTOR BROKEN REMOVED. OPS CHECK GOOD, ALL WORK DONE IAW SMM 33-50-01.

ELECTRICAL FAULT CYAN CAS: CYAN ELECTRICAL FAULT EICAS MSG CAME ON DURING THE CLIMB PASSING FL200. THE BUS TIE SWITCH CLOSED. THE LEFT AUX BUS WAS ISOLATED. THE LEFT MAIN BUS WAS FED BY THE LEFT GEN. THE L ESS BUS WAS FED BY THE RIGHT GEN VIA THE BUS TIE. THE L AUX BUS RECONNECTED TO THE L MAIN BUS DESCENDING THROUGH FL200. THE B3 CODE IN THE AIR WHILE THIS WAS GOING ON WAS:B3-007122, LEFT PROTECTION PCB (LPROT) FAILURE. CHECK THE LEFT PROTECTION PCB PCB1 IN THE LDCPC (A35). THE MESSAGE TURNED AMBER UPON LANDING. CORRECTIVE ACTION; SWAPPED LT & RT ENGINE GENERATORS FOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE. RAN BOTH ENGINES AND PERFORMED MAIN GENERATOR OPERATIONAL TESTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REF. CL350 AMM 24-31-05.

ON INVESTIGATION, LT MAIN INBD BRAKE APPEARED STUCK IN ON POSITION. R & R NR 2 BRAKE ASSY IAW AMM 32-43-13, OPS & LEAK CHKD GOOD. R & R DEFECTIVE INBD BRAKE CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM 32-43-09 OPS & LEAK CHKD GOOD. TAXIED, AIRCRAFT DID NOT PULL TO RT.

REMOVED APU PN 3800710-1 SN P-187 IAW CMP 490001. INSTALLED ON NEW APU IAW MM 49-10-00. SERVICED APU WITH 254 OIL IAW 36-150 IAW MM CHAPTER 49-20-00. PERFORMED APU OPERATIONAL TEST, ALL TEST PASSED. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. NEW APU CLEARED SMOKE DISCREPANCY. WORK PERFORMED IAW CMP 539701 & 36-150 MM CHAPTER 49-20-00.

DURING FLIGHT, CREW FELT UNCHARACTERISTICALLY FATIGUED, AND HAD HEADACHES AND TUNNEL VISION. SELECTED DIFFERENT ECS POSITIONS FROM LT TO RT ENGINE AND DISCOVERED THAT RT ENGINE ECS WAS ALLOWING FUMES INTO CABIN AND COCKPIT. CLEARED CABIN AND COCKPIT OF FUMES. NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN AIR QUALITY WHEN RT ENGINE ECS WAS DISABLED. COCKPIT AND CABIN AIR SEEMED TO BE MORE CONTROLLABLE ON LT ENGINE FOR TEMP CONTROL AS WELL. INSPECTED FOR PROPPER OIL LEVELS ON LT & RT ENGINES, APU AND TAIL PIPES FOR TRACES OF OIL. NONE NOTED. RAN BOTH ENGINES AT MAX CRUISE & CYCLED ECS CONTROL FROM LT ENGINE TO RT ENGINE TO BOTH ENGINES TO EMERGENCY CONTROL AND BACK FOR APPROX 20 MINUTES. NO ODOR OR SIGNS OF FUMES OR OIL IN CABIN OR COCKPIT. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF INSIDE OF DUCTS, TUBING & DRAIN LINES. NO SIGNS OF FOD OR OIL INSIDE DUCTS. INSPECTED REFRIDGERATION UNIT & PERFORMED TEMP CONTROL & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL CHECKS. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 21-00-00, 21-50-05, 21-60-00 & 21-50-00. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

ON TAKEOFF ANTI-SKID LITE ILLUMINATED THEN WENT OUT. ON LANDING ANTI-SKID LITE AGAIN ILLUMINATED AND RT BRAKE WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT ANY AFFECT. LT BRAKE IS OK. BELOW 10KTS BOTH BRAKES WORKED FINE. THIS HAPPENED TWICE. FOUND AUTOSKID TRANSDUCER DAMAGED. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT OTBD WHEEL SPEED TRANSDUCER PERFORMED ANTI SKID FUNCTIONAL CK. OP'S CK GOOD AT THIS TIME, REF MM 32-40-35 AND 32-40-00.
