ELEVATOR TRIM JAMMED, CREW COMPLETED FLIGHT & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. R & R THE ELEVATOR TRIM TAB ACTUATOR IAW 402C MM CH 27-30-02. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED FUEL SMELL IN COCKPIT DURING FLIGHT. AFTER LANDING, A WALK AROUND INSPECTION REVEALED THE ODOR WAS COMING FROM THE NOSE AREA WITH VISIBLE LEAKAGE OUT OF HEATER FUEL PUMP DRAIN. MX VERIFIED BY VISUAL INSPECTION THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE HEATER FUEL PUMP AROUND THE OUTPUT SHAFT. THE HEATER FUEL PUMP WAS REPLACED IAW HEATER MANUAL & WAS OPERATIONALLY TESTED, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT REPORTED A GRADUAL POWER LOSS, ACCOMPANIED BY PARTIAL ENGINE STUTTER DURING FLIGHT IN THE RT ENGINE. THE PILOT LANDED SAFELY AT PLANNED DESTINATION AIRPORT AND BROUGHT THE ACFT IN FOR MX. UPON INSPECTION, THE ENGINE WAS FOUND TO BE EMPTY OF OIL. AS THE ENGINE WAS TORN DOWN TO BE R & R, THE TURBO BEARING AND OIL SEAL IN THE TURBOCHARGER WERE FOUND TO HAVE FAILED. THIS FAILURE ALLOWED ENGINE OIL TO PUMP OUT THROUGH THE TURBO. THE ENGINE IS BEING R & R.
PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING LANDING ROLLOUT, THE ACFT PULLED TO THE LT WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. AFTER RELEASING BRAKE PRESSURE, THE RT BRAKE WAS APPLIED BY ITSELF WITH NO RESPONSE. THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO SAFELY STOP THE ACFT AND TAXI OFF THE RUNWAY. UPON MX INSPECTION, THE RT BRAKE CALIPER WAS FOUND TO BE NOT FUNCTIONING. THE CALIPER WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND THE BRAKE SYS WAS BLED.
PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING THE CLIMB, THE LT PROPELLER RPM RATE BECAME UNCONTROLLABLE. THE PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT AND LANDED SAFELY. UPON MX INSPECTION, THE C/A WAS TO RESECURE THE LT PROP CONTROL CABLE TO THE LT PROP GOVERNOR.
AT SCHEDULED INSPECTION, NLG DRAG BRACE, PN 5142002-5, WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED IN THE AREA OF NLG ACTUATOR ATTACH POINT. METHOD OF INSPECTION WAS DYE PENETRANT. THIS CRACK WAS FOUND TO BE BEYOND LIMIT ALLOWABLE OF MEB91-11R1. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN SCRAPPED & A REPLACEMENT DRAG BRACE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACFT.
NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED WITH GEAR UNSAFE AND HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LIGHTS OUT. PILOT PERFORMED CHECK LIST, BLEW GEAR DOWN, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR AND REPLACED WITH SERVICE ABLE ACTUATOR, OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD.
HEATER INOPERATIVE, SMOKE CAME FROM SWITCH. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE HEATER SWITCH TO BE BAD. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH, OPERATIONALLY TESTED HEATER AND SWITCH SATISFACTORY WITH NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
