THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DISCOVERED THE REFUELING COUPLING CONNECTOR WAS AT FAULT FOR LEAK. THE O-RINGS ON THE PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH NEW. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE

THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR FOUND THE "B4" CIRCUIT BREAKER ON THE ZL PANEL FOR MAIN START CONTROL TRIPPED. REMOVED AND CLEANED CABLE TERMINALS ON NO1 STARTER TERMINAL BLOCK AND THE REINSTALLED AND TORQUED PER AMM. OPS CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT THE COPILOTS A WINDSCREEN DID NOT HEAT. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THAT THE THERMAL CONTROLLER WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE CONTROLLER WAS REMOVED AND A NEW UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
