DISCOVERED THAT USING THE MANUAL PULL HANDLE TO CLOSE MAIN PASSENGER DOOR DOES NOT WORK. WHEN PULLING HANDLE THE DOOR RAISES SLIGHTLY AND THEN FALLS BACK DOWN TO THE FULLY OPEN POSITION. IT FEELS LIKE IT STARTS TO CATCH AND THEN RELEASES WHEN PULLING THE HANDLE. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR CLOSING COMPLETELY WITH THE MANUAL ACTUATOR CABLE IAW CL350 AMM 52-11-00-410-801. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
IN THE CLIMB OUT, 12000' , POWER AT ABOUT 88 %, RECEIVED A R BLEED LEAK, FOLLOWED THE R BLEED LEAK QRH, XBLEED WAS ALREADY CLOSED, R BLEED SELECTED OFF, L BLEED WAS ON, APU BLEED WAS OFF. MESSAGE WENT AWAY. CHECKED ROUTING OF THE BLEED LOOPS AS REQUESTED BY CRC, FOUND THE RH MT40 LOOP COMING CLOSE TO VENT HOLES ON THE RH INTERMEDIATE PRESSURE VALVE. RE-ROUTED THE BLEED LOOP AWAY FROM THE VENT HOLES. PERFORMED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS. OPS CHECK IS GOOD WITH NO CAS MESSAGE. WORK DONE IN REF TO AMM 36-21-00.
MAIN DOOR STILL DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. PINS DO NOT ALIGN. PREVIOUS WRITE UP DID NOT FIX ISSUE. DOOR DID NOT WORK WHEN CREW ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE IT 4 TIMES. ON LANDING IN OAK TESTED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES & DID NOT WORK ON SOME ATTEMPTS & DID WORK ON OTHERS. TECHS VERIFIED WRITE-UP. SOMETIMES PAX DOOR WILL GET HUNG UP ABOUT 1" FROM BEING ABLE TO LATCH CLOSED. NOTED ONE LARGE BULGE NEAR DOOR HANDLE ON SKIN. TOTAL SIZE 1"X1" & PROTRUDES ABOUT 3/32". REMOVED STAIRS & FOUND AFT HINGE BRACKET HAD SNAPPED & CAM FOLLOWER ASSY THAT RIDES IN GUIDE HAD FALLEN & GOTTEN WEDGED BENEATH DOOR HANDLE MECH. REMOVED LWR PAX HINGE BRACKET. INSTALLED NEW LWR PAX HINGE BRACKET IAW AMM 52-11-11. FOUND OPS TEST SATISFACTORY.
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR WILL NOT LATCH AND PINS WILL NOT ALIGN. BOTH CREW MEMBERS HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE THE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT SUCCESS. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE DOOR BY WORKING THE OUTSIDE HANDLE INTO CORRECT POSITION WITHOUT SUCCESS. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE PASSENGER DOOR IAW AMM TASK 52-11-00-720-801. OPERATED THE DOOR 3 CYCLES FROM THE INTERIOR AND 3 CYCLES FROM THE EXTERIOR. ALL OPERATION IS NORMAL AT THIS TIME. DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES NORMALLY. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
ON APPROACH TO LANDING ONCE AUTO PILOT WAS DIS-CONNECTED. AMBER PRI STAB TRIM FAIL ANNUNCIATED. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND DID NOT HAVE A PRI STAB TRIM FAIL MESSAGE PRESENT. FOLLOWED B3-006B81 SMARTFIX REFRENCE. FOLLOWED STEPS 1 AND 2 WHICH CONSISTS OF, "PULL THE HST ECU BREAKER CB1 - 815, AND CB2 - B13, RESET AFTER A COUPLE SECONDS. PERFORM THE OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE RUDDER TRAVEL-LIMITER ACTUATOR. THE HSTA PRE-FLIGHT BRAKE TEST IS PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE RTL PRE-FLIGHT TEST. FOUND BRAKE #1 AND #3 FAULT ON TWO DIFFERENT FAULTS LABELED ASPRI STAB TRIM FAIL. NO DEFECTS NOTE
MAIN DOOR MOTOR SWITCH: THE MAIN CABIN DOOR DID AN UNCOMMANDED CLOSE DUE TO THE GALLEY SWITCH PANEL NOT BEING SEATED PROPERLY. NEITHER OF US WERE ANYWHERE NEAR THE SWICTH PANEL AND THE DOOR CLOSED AND MOTOR STAYED ENGAGED UNTIL THE SWITCH WAS TAPPED. (TO CLOSE THE DOOR, YOU HAVE TO CONTINOUSLY KEEP THE SWITCH BUTTON PRESSED DURING THE CLOSE CYCLE.) INSTALLED NEW CABIN DOOR INTERNAL SWITCH ASSY REF. CL350 AMM 52-11-13. OPS CHECK GOOD.
