REMOVED RH OB, RH IB, CENTER, LH OB AND LH IB FORWARD AND AFT ANGLES, BLENDED CORRODED AREAS, PERFORMED NDT AND REPORTED FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION. CLEANED, TREATED AND PRIMED AREAS FOUND ACCEPTABLE AND REINSTALLED USEABLE PARTS, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED A REPLACEMENT STRAP PER NETJETS REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES REPORT.
WHEN APU ON AND BLEEDS SELCTED IN APU, A STRONG DEICE SMELL WAS PRESENT IN THE CABIN. NO NOTICABLE SMELL ON ENGINE BLEEDS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED BORESCOPE OF APU INLET AND EXHAUST. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW SERVICE INFORMATION LETTER LS_CL300_01 R
RIGHT SIDE COCKPIT WINDOW OUTER PANE SHATTERED BY A SMALL ROCK KICKED UP BY THE JET BLAST FROM N507FX AS IT TAXIED OUT OF FOR DEPARTURE. REPLACED RH SIDE WINDOW. OLEAK CHECK GOOD. IAW CL350 AMM 56-12-01-400-B02
UPON TAKEOFF DURING GEAR RETRACTION FIRST THROTTLE REDUCTION AND THE FINAL TRAVEL OF FLAPS LOAD BANG HEARD. IT WAS PRECEDED BY BY TWO LOUD THUMPS THEN A VERY LOUD BANG. EVERYTHING FUCNTIONED NORMALLY AFTER. UPON LANDING NO OBVIOUS PROBLEMS OBSERVED IN THE GEAR OR FLIGHT CONTROLS I CANNOT SAY FOR SURE WHAT CAUSED IT. NOTE IT DID HAPPEN RETARDING THE THROTTLES OUT OF THE TAKEOFF POSITION DID NOT LAND OVERWEIGHT. REMOVED LH HMU REPLACEMENT HMU PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 73-20-01 OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY REMOVED RH HMU. INSTALLED RH HMU IAW AMM 73-20-01 OPERATIONAL TEST REQUIRED PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 73-20-01 OPERATIONAL TEST SATISFACTORY.
MAIN DOOR HARDWARE: THE DOOR BRACKET BROKE WHERE THE HANDLE AND THE PISTON MEET AT THE READ OF RHE DOOR. ITS JUST HANGING THERE AND THE DOOR WILL NOT ELECTRICALLY CLOSE.///SIGN-OFF///REPLACED DAMAGED BRACKET HARDWARE WITH NJA NEW SUPPLIED PARTS. IAW CL-350 AMM 52-11-11. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHEN APU IS OPERATING THERE IS AN OIL SMELL IN CABIN. ON APU DRAIN THERE IS A BLACK OILY STREAK. FOUND OIL STREAK TO BE CAUSED BY OIL DRIPS COMING FROM GANG DRAIN FCU MOUNT PAD LOCATION & EJECTOR OVERBOARD EXHAUST DUCT DRAIN. REMOVED PAU INTAKE PLENUM DRAIN & PERFORMED BOROSCOPE OF COMPRESSOR INLET. FOUND EVIDENCE OF COMPRESSOR CARBON SEAL OIL LEAK. MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDS APU REMOVAL FOR SEAL REPLACEMENT. WORK DONE IAW AMM 49-11. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE APU IAW AMM 44-11-01. COMPLIED WITH CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR OIL IN BLEED AIR SYSTEM AND CONDITIONED AIR PACK NO FURTHER OIL SMELL IN CABIN NOTED OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD PER AMM 49-11-01-400-801.
DURING CRUISE, WOW FAIL & PROX SYS FAULT ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED DOWNLOADS OF MDC & PSEU. CONFIRMED THAT PSEU IS CAUSING FAULT. R & R PSEU IAW BD-100 AMM 32-61-09. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
