AFTER STARTING THE APU THE CABIN AND COCKPIT HAD A VERY STRONG ODOR OF WET SOCKS. ARRIVED AT THE AIRCRAFT AND APPLIED APU POWER, ALLOWING THE SYSTEMS TO FULLY BOOT UP. AFTER APPLYING APU BLEED, WE WERE ABLE TO CONFIRM THE REPORTED ODOR DISCREPANCY IN BOTH THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. ACCESSED THE APU CONTAINMENT AREA AND PERFORMED A BORESCOPE INSPECTION. DURING THE INSPECTION, WE OBSERVED SIGNS OF AN OIL LEAK AT THE 6 OÃâ¬â¢CLOCK POSITION, ORIGINATING FROM THE CARBON SEAL. CONTACTED MCC, ADVISED OF FINDINGS AND PROVIDED BORESCOPE PHOTOS. FINDINGS HAVE BEEN FORWARDED TO HONEYWELL FOR REVIEW. CURRENTLY AWAITING FOR HONEYWELLS RESPONSE FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. AC HAS BEEN SECURED. 02JUN2025 HONEYWELL REVIEWED FINDINGS AND ADVISED APU TO BE REMOVED FOR REPAIR. PER MCC REQUEST, ACCOMPLISHED DUCT CLEANING AND NO FURTHER EVIDENCE OF SMELL IN EITHER THE CABIN OR COCKPIT. APU HAS BEEN DEFERRED, SEE FF1 T2PL6D00CRBTV FOR REFERENCE. BAGGAGE DOOR HANDLE: CARGO DOOR HANDLE NEEDS EVALUATION. AMBER CARGO DOOR OPEN CAS ILLUMINATED APPROXIMATELY 700 AGL ON APPROACH. DOOR HANDLE AND PRESSURE DOOR WERE IN OPEN POSITION AFTER SHUTDOWN. //SIGNOFF// CONDUCTED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE BAGGAGE DOOR LOCKED PROXIMITY SENSOR AND BAGGAGE DOOR LATCH MECHANISM TEST. INDICATIONS AND OPERATION OF THE BAGGAGE DOOR ARE NORMAL AT THIS TIME. MAINTENANCE IAW CHALLENGER 350 AMM 52-31-05 AND 52-71-05.
PROX SYS FAULT CYAN CAS: CYAN PROX SYS FAULT ILLUMINATED PRIOR TO ENGINE START B3-007472 MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT FULLY OPEN OR CLOSE. //SIGNOFF// PERFORMED GVI OF DOOR NOTING WHEN THE INNER DOOR HANDLE WAS MOVED, IT FELL FURTHER TOWARDS THE OPEN POSITION ABOUT 1.5 INCHES, AND THE DOOR SHIFTED DOWN VERY SLIGHTLY. APPLIED EXTERNAL POWER TO THE AIRCRAFT AND VERIFIED NO PROX FAULTS OR MED FAULTS POSTED. CYCLED THE MED TO THE CLOSED POSITION WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO BINDING OR OTHER ISSUES NOTED DURING CLOSING CYCLE. OPENED DOOR AND VERIFIED INNER DOOR HANDLE WENT TO THE FULLY OPEN POSITION AS COMMANDED. CYCLED MED OPEN AND CLOSED 10 MORE TIMES REF CL350 MM 52-11-00 WITH NO DEFECTS OR PROX FAULTS POSTING. ALSO NOTED THAT THE WHITE PASSENGER DOOR CAS MSG POSTED WHEN DOOR WAS OPEN AND EXTINGUISHED WHEN DOOR WAS CLOSED, EACH TIME THE DOOR WAS CYCLED. SUSPECT ICE WAS CAUSING THE DOOR HANDLE TO NOT FULLY CYCLE WHEN COMMANDED. CONTACTED MCC WITH FINDINGS AND WAS ADVISED NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. POWERED DOWN THE AIRCRAFT AND REMOVED EXTERNAL POWER
LOST COMPLETE CABIN PRESSURE AT FL430. REPACKED ALL CREW AND CABIN O2 MASK IAW MM 35-21-01. PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION CHECK OF AIRCRAFT ON GROUND TO 7.3 PSID. NO ABNORMALITIES NOTED. REMOVED OLD CABIN DOOR SEAL IAW MM 52-11-09. INSTALLED NEW CABIN DOOR SEAL IAW MM 52-11-09. P/N: 1005332313-003. COMPLETED CABIN PRESSURE CHECK AND WEATHER LEAK CHECK. NO LEAKS NOTED OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME ON GROUND. REF MM 52-11-09.
ONE HOUR INTO THE FLIGHT AT FL 400, THE CYAN, LT HYD ENG PUMP FAIL, CAS MSG ILLUMINATED. THE HYD SYNOPTIC SHOWED 0% FLUID LEVEL. 10 MINS LATER THE AMBER, LT HYD PRESS LOW, CAS MSG ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY THE AMBER, SPOILER FAULT & CYAN LT ENG FAULT. WE FOLLOWED THE QRC & SHUT OFF THE LT HYD PUMP & SHUT OFF THE LT HYD SOV. CONTINUED THE FLIGHT & LANDED. HAD TO USE THE ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PROCEDURE USING THE RED LG EXTENSION HANDLE & TURN OFF THE NOSE WHEEL STEERING. VERIFIED FAULT TROUBLE SHOT AND FOUND THE LH PRESSURE QUICK DISCONNECT FITTING LEAKING AND DEPLETED ALL THE HYD FLUID FROM THE HYD SYS INTO THE DRIP TRAY IN THE AFT BAY CLEAN AREA. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PRESSURE QUICK DISCONNECT IAW MM 29-15-01, FILL QUICK DISCONNECT IAW MM 29-15-05, PRESSURE FILTER IAW MM 29-12-15, RETURN FILTER IAW MM 29-12-19, ENG DRIVEN HYD PUMP IAW 29-12-01, NR 1 AND NR 2 MLG WHEEL ASSY IAW MM 32-41-01. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPS TEST AND LEAK TEST AND ALL ITEMS THAT WAS REPLACED NO FAULT FOUND.
