EN-ROUTE, ON TAKE-OFF, CREW NOTICED AN ODOR THROUGHOUT THE AIRCRAFT. THE ODOR DISSIPATED DURING THE CLIMB, BUT CAME BACK DURING DESCENT. THE ODOR, ONCE AGAIN, DISSIPATED AFTER THE APU BLEED WAS TURNED ON DURING TAXI. THE FLIGHT TAXIED TO THE GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND OIL AT THE HP VALVE OF THE LT ENGINE. THE LT ENGINE WAS BORESCOPED. NO FAULTS WERE FOUND. THE LT ENGINE WAS RUN AND THE ECS SYSTEM WAS DECONTAMINATED. NO PROBLEMS WERE NOTED. OK FOR SERVICE.
TPA - THE L-1 CABIN DOOR GIRT BAR WOULD NOT ENGAGED PROPERLY. CABIN DOOR GIRT BAR WOULD NOT CONNECT ON THE LEFT SIDE WHERE THE DOOR CLOSES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE L-1 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE ASSEMBLY.
PIT - THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TEST WITH MESSAGE "EPSU INT LOAD EMER R". MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MID-CABIN, RIGHT SIDE EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT. OPERATIONALLY CHECKS OK.
THE LEFT FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILED TEST. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FORWARD LEFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK. OPERATIONALLY CHECKS OK.
PHL - FLT 107 - EN ROUTE PHL - SEA, DURING CLIMB-OUT FROM PHL, THE FIRST OFFICER'S WINDSHIELD CRACKED. FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD IN PHL AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FIRST OFFICER'S WINDSHIELD. ALSO, REPLACED THE NR 2 WINDSHIELD HEAT COMPUTER.
PHL - FLT 514 - DCA-PHL - EN ROUTE, THE CREW DETECTED AN ODD ODOR THROUGHOUT THE CABIN, AND FAINTLY IN THE COCKPIT. FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT IN PHL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AVIONICS BLOWER FAN. OPERATIONALLY CHECKS OK. (M)
CMH - FLT 42 - EN ROUTE DEN-PHL, WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT, CREW RECEIVED ECAM WARNING, 'AVIONICS SMOKE'. THE CREW ALSO REPORTED NOISES COMING FROM THE AVIONICS BAY. THE FLIGHT DIVERTED TO RIC AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AVIONICS BLOWER FAN AND AEVC FILTER. SYSTEM TEST OK. (M)
CLT - RECEIVED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 'INT LOAD EMERGENCY R' MESSAGE DURING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATIONAL CHECK. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT (12WL). THE SYSTEM CHECKS OK. (M)
