DURING CRUISE, WHILE IN 3 CUE-GEAR PINNED-, AIRCRAFT YAWED LEFT AND ENGINE OUT LIGHT FLASHED FOR A SECOND. RETURNED TO HOUMA. SUSPECT COLLECTIVE PITCH TRANSDUCER.
DURING FLIGHT, SMELLED WHAT APPEARED TO BE ELECTRICAL FIRE SMOKE. THE STANDBY OTT LIGHTS FLASHED, FOLLOWED BY A LOSS OF NR 1 FLIGHT DIRECTOR, FOLLOWED BY A AFT CARGO SMOKE WARNING. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, LANDED AND PERFORM AN EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CONDENSOR FAN MOTOR.
RT FLOAT FILL HOSE REQUIRED MINOR ADJUSTMENT, UP PROX SENSOR ADJUSTED GAP. TESTED GEAR SWING AND FOUND ACCEPTABLE.
NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT CAME ON DURING CRUISE FLIGHT. SECURED ENGINE. FIRED BOTH BOTTLES, FIRE LIGHT STAYED ON. DURING GROUND TAXI AMPLIFIER HEATED UP AND CAUSED A FALSE ENGINE FIRE ALARM. R & R AMPLIFIER AND TESTED SYSTEM. NO FURTHER DEFECTS.
NR 1 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE WENT TO 120 DEGREES C, IN THE RED ZONE. COMPLIED WITH CHECKLIST AND SHUTDOWN NR1 ENGINE AND PERFORMED RUN-ON LANDING. FOUND OIL COOLER BLOWER SHAFT SHEARED.
