DURING SANDING OF THE RH WING FOR PAINT REFURBISHMENT, FOUND CORROSION ON RH WING OUTBOARD TRAILING EDGE STRUCTURE NEAR WS 257.47. AFTER EVALUATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE RH WING TRAILING EDGE WEDGE IS OUT OF LIMITS AND REQUIRES REPLACEMENT.
INFLIGHT EICAS MESSAGE: L HYD TEMP HIGH. COMPLIED WITH QRH FOLLOWED BY L HYD PRESS LOW, SPOILERS FAULT, L HYD SOV CLOSED. HYD PUMP NOT AUTO (DUE TO QRC) CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED LH ENG DRIVEN PUMP, IAW CL 350 AMM 29-12-01-400-801 ALL LH HYD SYSTEM FILTERS WERE REPLACED TWICE.(REFER TO WO 2447126.) BLEED AND SERVICE WAS PERFORMED MULTIPLE TIMES FINAL HYD FLUID SAMPLE WAS TAKEN AND SENT FOR ANALYSIS.
R ENGINE FLAMEOUT AMBER CAS: CLIMBING THRU 15000 FT, AMBER FADEC FAIL ILLUMINATED. AIRCRACT YAWED,, BUT NO REPEATED YAWING. RIGHT ENGINE ROLLED BACK TO APPROXIMATELY 30% AND STAYED THERE, WOULD NOT RESPOND. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND PROCEEDED WITH RT ENGINE SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST. RETURNED TO KIAD. REPLACED W-5 HARNESS ON #2 ENGINE. SWAPPED CVG ACTUATORS BETWEEN #1 AND #2 ENGINES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. REPOSITIONED ECU A'S BETWEEN #1 AND #2 ENGINES. INITIALIZED ECU'S RAN EACH ENGINE AT POWER FOR 3 MINUTES. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NOTE: ADD ONE ENGINE CYCLE TO BOTH ENQINES.

DID OPS TEST IAW CL350 SMM TASK 35-50-00-710-801 REV 1 EMERYLIGHT AND CL350 SMM TASK 33-20-00-710-801 REV 1 OPS CHECK GOOD.
CLIMBING THROUGH 5000 FT, AUDIBLE NOISE WAS HEARD, THEN A YELLOW CAS MESSAGE, NOSE GEAR DOOR ANNUNCIATION. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, LEVELED AND SLOWED CYCLED GEAR CONDITIONS CLEARED AND CONTINUED FLIGHT WITH NO FURTHER ABNORMALITY FAULT. VERIFIED FAULT HISTORY. ADJUSTED DOOR CONTROL RODS AND PROXIMITY SWITCHES FOR NOSE GEAR DOORS IAW RIL BD100-0041. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE EXTENSION AND RETRACTION SYSTEM, WITH NO FAULTS IN MDC IAW AMM 32-30-00-710-801.
CLIMBING THROUGH 7,000', THE NOSE GEAR DOOR CAS MSG APPEARED. BEFORE THE CREW COULD DETERMINE A SUITABLE DIVERSIONARY AIRPORT, APPROX 10 MINUTES, THE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. CONFIRMED NLG DOOR RODS TO BE OUT OF RIG IAW RIL BD100-0041. ADJUSTED FWD NLG DOOR RODS IAW RIL BD 100-0041. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONS TEST OF NLG SYS IAW RIL BD100-0041 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
