WE THEN LOOKED AT THE ENG VIB EICAS INDICATION - IT READ 1.7 ON HP. VIBRATION SOUNDED LIKE HIGH PRESSURE AIR SPUTTERING.WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DESCENDED RAPIDLY TO 10,000FT. THEN DIVERTED TO MLU. NO INJURIES LANDED SAFELY. PERFORMED BOTH ENGINE RUNS PER GE LMM 72-00-00. OPC GOOD. REF AML PG 107002214 FOR

DURING INSPECTION, EMERG LIGHT INOP LH9 BATTERY PACK FAULT. 5 REQUIRED FOR POSITIONS M1208, M1210, M961, M735, AND M734. NO FURTHER INCIDENT. R2 BATTERY PACK.
DURING INSPECTION, AN EMERGENCY LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE DURING THE PRESS TO TEST CHECK. ON TROUBLESHOOTING IT WAS DETERMINED THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A WEAK BATTERY. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 25-65-17 AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO FURTHER ISSUES.
RIGHT SQUIB TEST INOPERATIVE FOR OVERWING SLIDE. TROUBLESHOT THE SYSTEM AND FOUND THE RELAY K1 INOPERATIVE AND M458 RT WING SLIDE DOOR RELEASE LATCH INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT OVERWING SLIDE DOOR LATCH AND RELAY IAW AMM 25-65-11 AND WDM 25-65-12. TESTED OK.
DURING A4 MX CHECK, AMT WAS INSPECTING THE EMER LIGHTING & FOUND THAT THE LIGHTS AT THE AFT GALLEY DOORS DID NOT ILLUMINATE DURING TEST. DISCREPANCY CREATED, ON 4/18/15 THE RT AFT GALLEY POWER PACK & BATTERY WAS R & R. OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD IAW AMM 33-50-00, NO FURTHER ISSUES.
WE ENCOUNTERED AN AREA OF HI CLOUDS AS WE ENTERED THE AREA LIGHT TURBULENCE WAS ENCOUNTERED & A NOTED TEMP OF -51 SAT. LIGHT MOISTURE WAS OBSERVED & THE ENG ANTI-ICE WAS SELECTED ON. LIGHT ICING WAS OBSERVED INCREASING FROM MODERATE TO HEAVY & A TEMP OF -41 WAS NOTED. WING ANTI-ICE WAS SELECTED ON, NO SIGNIFICANT RADAR RETURNS WERE NOTED. AT THIS TIME A RT WNG ANT-ICE VAL EICAS WARNING MSG ILLUMINATED. THE RT EPR INDICATOR WENT TO 0 & THE RT ENG POWER STARTED TO FADE. THRUST LEVER COMMANDS WERE INEFFECTIVE & OUR AIRSPEED STARTED TO DETERIORATE. WE EXECUTED AN OFFSET MANEUVER, DECLARED AN EMER WITH SFO ATC ON FREQUENCY HF 17904 & STARTED A SLOW DESCENT, RECEIVED AN ATC CLEARANCE TO FL220, SEL MAX ALT, MAINTAINING A SAFE AIRSPEED. WE REFERENCED THE QRH ENG LIMIT SURGE OR STALL CHECKLIST & CYCLED THE WING ANTI-ICE. THESE ACTIONS CLEARED THE EICAS MSG & WE OBSERVED A SLOW RECOVERY OF EPR & THRUST TO THE RT ENG. AS AIRSPEED RETURNED WE LEVELED AT FL 360. REQUESTED & RECEIVED AN AMENDED CLEARANCE TO MAINTAIN FL 360. THE ACFT RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATION & THE EMER WITH SFO ATC WAS CANCELLED.
DURING AN A-CHECK, NOTED THAT THE AFT CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT WORK, AFTER REMOVING AND REPLACING THE BATTERY PACK THE LIGHTS OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-07.
