DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, NOTICED TKS WING PANEL TOP SEALANT SEPARATED FROM SKIN ON INBOARD SECTION OF PANEL. UPON INVESTIGATION IT WAS DETERMINED THAT PANEL TANK HAD DEFORMED FROM OVER PRESSURIZATION.
