FLIGHT CONTROL MALFUNCTION ON APPROACH RAN QRH EMERG DCLRD NRML LANDING NO INJAFTER GETTING A TURN TO A 10 DEGREE LEFT HEADING WHILE ON INITIAL DECENT INTO OKC AROUND FL300. THE TURN STARTED BUT THEN AP DISCONNECTED. FELT CONTROLS AND THEY FELT OKAY INITIALLY THEN I RENEGADED AP WITH NO ISSUE FOR ABOUT 5 MIN. THE NEXT TURN THE AP DISCONNECTED AGAIN AND WHILE MANUALLY FLYING I FELT A RESISTANCE IN THE ROLL CONTROL TO THE RIGHT. AFTER ABOUT 2 MINUTES OF HAND FLYING THE CONTROLS FELT MORE JAMMED AND ROLL BECOME IMPOSSIBLE. IMMEDIATE ACTION ITEMS WERE COMPLETED AROUND 270 AND PILOT FLYING WAS ESTABLISHED TO THE FO. COMPLETED QRH PROCEDURE, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED AT OKC. RAR AUTOPILOT AILERON SERVO PER AMM 22-11-04. OPS CHK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
IN FLIGHT HAD E2 ABNORMAL ENGINE VIBRSATIONS ON LP. NEG ICING CONDITIONS. NO EICAS MSGS. 1.3 LP 4.0 - AMBER 1.6 HP 0.8. RAN QRH, UNABLE TO MATCH E1 PWR N1 LEVELS. KEPT WATCH OF THE E2 VIB THROUGHOUT THE FLT. LANDED AT AIRPORT AND IT REMAINED 4.0 ON TOUCHDOWN. -ATC DECLARED EMERGENCY FOR THE FLIGHT. C/A PER EHM-2024-10-21 783-LH-0068, ENGINE GROUP HAS DETERMINED NO FUTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. TDMI #772T7253 RESTORED.
IN CRUISE AT 26,000FT A LOUD SQUEALING NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE R1 DOOR. IT WAS SO LOUD THAT IT COULD BE HEARD IN THE AFT GALLEY. WE DESCENDED TO FL220 TO SEE IF THAT WOULD HELP AND THE SQUEALING INCREASED IN FREQUENCY. THE SQUEALING WAS AT SUCH A HIGH FREQUENCY THAT WE STARTED TO SMELL HOT RUBBER. THE SQUEALING STOPPED WHEN THE DOOR WAS PUSHED ON. C/W CLEANED AND INSPECTED THE R1 DOOR SEAL PER 52-11-21. NO DEFECTS NOTED. SEE AML 101900112 ITEM 1 FOR PRESURIZATION CHECK.
