R HYD TEMP HIGH AMBER CAS: WHILE LEVELING OFF AT CRUISE, R HYD TEMP HIGH AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED AND HYD TEMP SHOT UP TO 110ð C AND SPIKED AS HIGH AS 115ð BY WHAT WE SAW. CHECKLIST CALLS FOR AFFECTED HYD PUMP TO IDLE AND FOR ENGINE SHUTDOWN AT HIGHER TEMPERATURE, WHICH WE BELIVE IT WAS QUICKLY GOING GO REACH. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND BEGAN AN EMER DESCENT WITH THRUST LEVERS IDLE. TEMP STABALIZED AT 110ð. RIGHT ENGINE WAS LEFT IDLE FOR THE REST OF THE FLIGHT WITH R HYD PUMP OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION; TECHS PERFORMED AMM TASK 05-51-33-281-801- ACIDITY CHECK; RESULTS SATISFACTORY. TECHS ALSO ACCOMPLISHED AMM TASK 29-10-00-280-801- LEFT AND RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS OVERHEAT CHECK, FINDINGS SATISFACTORY. PER MCC REQUEST TECHS REPLACED R HYD TEMP TRANSDUCER IAW BOMBARDIER CL-350 AMM 29-33-01.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR SHOWED GREEN AFTER THE GEAR WAS RETRACTED. THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL INDICATION THAT THE GEAR WAS STILL DOWN. PROX SYS FAULT AND GEAR DISAGREE MSGS APPEARED. B3-007444, B3-007504. CORRECTIVE ACTION: NO FAULTS FOUND THROUGH INSPECTIONS AND OPS CHECKS. IAW CL350 MM CH 32-61-00.
DURING DESCENT THROUGH 18,000 FT A SLIGHT ODOR RESEMBLING THAT OF GUNPOWDER SMELLED IN COCKPIT. NOTABLE RISE & TEMP ALSO FELT, & A CHANGE IN NOISE COMING FROM THE PRESSURIZATION. TEMP STARTED TO RISE ON ECS PAGE. APU WAS BROUGHT ONLINE & BLEEDS WERE SWITCHED TEMPS. CONTINUE CLIMB ON BOTH PACKS EXCEEDED 60ðC TEMP CONTROL SWITCH TO MANUAL & TEMPS REMAIN HIGH UNTIL LANDING. NO CAS MESSAGES. R & R ACM. PERFORMED OPS TEST PF A/C SYS. OPS CHECK OK. LEAK CHECKED OK. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 21-25-13. R & R NEW SEAL. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED UPON LANDING, AIRCRAFT PULLED TO THE LEFT WITH EVEN PEDAL APPLICATION. RIGHT TILLER WAS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN STRAIGHT . INSPECTED AND OPERATED BOTH RT INB & OTBD BRAKE ASSY'S FOR ABNORMAL OPS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED BOTH BRAKE ACCUM. BOTH READ BETWEEN 500 & 625 PSI IN NORMAL OPS RANGE. BLED BOTH THE RT INBD & OTBD BRAKES IAW AMM 32-43-00.SERVICED BOTH THE LT & RT HYDS AMM LIMITS IAW AMM 12-12-00. TAXIED AIRCRAFT & PERFORMED SEVERAL LOW & HIGH SPEED STOPS WITH NO DEFECTS.
DURING TAKEOFF, A SOUND OF AIR COMING FROM DOOR. NO CABIN DOOR CASS , INSURED DOOR LEVER DOWN, & DOOR TIGHT. UNABLE TO GET DOOR TO SEAL. FOUND DOOR SEAL LOOSE FROM UPPER DOOR, SEAL ATTACH TORN. R & R PAX DOOR SEAL IAW AMM TASK 52-11-29-000-801 REV 38. INSTALLED NEW SEAL IAW AMM TASK 52-11-29-400-801 REV 38. C/W SEAL CONTACT TEST IAW AMM 52-11-29-400-801 REV 38, TESTED GOOD. C/W PRESSURE TEST OF ACFT IAW AMM TASK 21-00-00-862-805 REV 35. TESTED GOOD, NO LEAKS. REMOVED PANEL 141BL LT AFT LOWER NOSE BAY IAW AMM 52-45-01-000-801 REV 38, INSTALLED 141BL LT AFT NOSE PNL IAW AMM 52-45-01-400-801 REV 38. PERFORMED WEATHER LEAK TEST OF DOOR, NO LEAKS NOTED. PERFORMED IAW AMM TASK 52-11-29-400-801 REV 38.
LEFT MLG BRAKE: AT LEAST ONE OF THE MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKES IS CATCHING AND RELEASING ON LANDING ROLLOUT. MY FO THINKS ITS THE LEFT SIDE BUT IM NOT SURE IF ITS ONE OR THE OTHER OR BOTH. REVIEWED PREVIOUS STEPS AND PROCEEDED WITH THE FOLLOWING. GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT AFTER LINE SERVICE POSTIONED AIRCRAFT TO A SUITABLE LOCATION. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND PREPPED FOR STARTING ENGINES. STARTED ENGINES AND CONTACTED KTEB TOWER FOR CLEARANCE ON TAXI CHECKS. TOWER RESPONDED TO RADIO BACK IN 30 MINUTES DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC. WAITED 30 MINUTES AND CONTACTED TOWER AGAIN. TOWER APPROVED THE TAXI/MX CHECK. PROCEEDED WITH TAXI CHECK AND WHILE DOING SO, CHECKED FOR ANY OF THE BRAKES DRAGGING. PRESSED ON BOTH BRAKES AND AIRCRAFT SLOWED DOWN AND STOPPED AS SHOULD. PROCEEDED WITH TAXIING STRAIGHT AND FOUND AIRCRAFT TO TAXI STRAIGHT AS NORMAL NO INDICATION OF LH OR RH BRAKES DRAGGING. DID THIS ACTION SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ISSUE. RETURNED BACK TO SIGNATURE SOUTH RAMP AND POWERED DOWN ENGINES AND AIRCRAFT. INFORMED MCC OF FINDINGS AND MCC OK TO SIGN OFF. WORK DONE IAW CL-350 AMM 32-51-00, CL-350 AMM 32-43·13 AND CL-350 AMM 72-00-00. ORIGNAL SUBMISSION DATE: 11-2-2023
INFLIGHT WITH THE ENGINE BLEED ON AND LOW POWER SETTING WE SMELLED A FAINT BURNING SMELL. UPON LANDING AND SWAPPING TO THE APU BLEED, A LOUD PITCH WINE WAS NOTED, THE COCKPIT GOT REALLY HOT, THE PACK OVERTEMP EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED AND A STRONG SMOKE SMELL WAS NOTED IN THE COCKPIT. THE AIRPLANE WAS SHUTDOWN AND NO VISIBLE SMOKE WAS NOTED THE THE AIRCRAFT. TROUBLE SHOT TO A SEIZED ACM. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACM, IAW CL350 AMM 21-52-13-000 (400)-801. COMPLETED A LEAK CHECK OF THE ACM, IAW CL350 AMM 36-11-00-790-801, NO LEAKS WERE NOTED. PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, IAW CL350 AMM 21-52-00-710-801, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DURING GEAR EXTENTION WE GOT A CYAN PROX SYSTEM FAULT ALL THREE GEAR CAME DOWN AND THE MESSAGE WENT AWAY THEN DURING TAXI THE MESSAGE REAPPEARED AND WE LOST MAIN BRAKES. BRAKES WERE OUT FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN CAME BACK, NO ISSUES GETTING TO FBO. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED PSEU WITH MODIFIED UNIT, FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. INSTALLED PN 30227-0404 S/N 0114.
ON DEPARTURE, ACCELERATING THROUGH 240 KIAS, HEARD AN AUDIBLE RUMBLE FOLLOWED SHORTLY BY AN AMBER NOSE GEAR DOOR EICAS MESSAGE. RUMBLE & EICAS MSG REMAINED UNTIL SLOWING BELOW 220 KIAS. FOUND THE RT NLG DOOR PROXIMITY SENSOR OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED IAW AMM 32-1-00. FOUND THE NLG AFT DOOR RODS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT, ADJUSTED LT & RT NLG AFT DOOR RODS IAW AMM 32-22-00. ADJUSTED RT NLG DOOR, ADJUSTED LT NLG DOOR IAW AMM 32-22-00.
