EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT 3R ARE BACKWARDS. RED LIGHT IS FORWARD WHITE IS CLOSES TO EMERGENCY EXIT. I NSPECTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT SEAT 3R AREA. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND TURNED ON EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND VERIFIED LIGHTS ARE BACKWARDS.TURNED EMERGENCY LIGHTS OFF, POWERED DOWN AND REMOVED SEAT COVERING. REMOVED EMERGENCY FLOOR ACCENT LIGHT PN:M184EM-0924-K44 AND INSTALLED A NEW EMERGENCY FLOOR ACCENT LIGHT PN:M184EM-0924-K44. REMOVED BROKEN MOUNTING CLIP AND INSTALLED WITH NEW ASSY LIGHT. INSURED WIRING IS PROPERPLY SECURIND AND INSTALL OF THE SEAT BASE COVER. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK ON THE EMERGENCY ACCENT LIGHT ASSY. OPS CHECK FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. TURNED OFF EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND POWERED AIRCRAFT DOWN. ALL WORK DONE WITH REF TO CL3S0 AMM 33-51-00.

NO CAS MESSAGE, DISCONNECTED AUTOPILOT TO SEE IF COULD FEEL ANY FEEDBACK IN CONTROLS. ALSO CHANGED POWER SETTINGS TO CHK ENG INDS. NORMAL CONTROLS & ENG IND NORM. AFTER 30 SECS, FEEDBACK IN RUDDER PEDALS, & LT ENG VIB CAS MESS ILLUM. CHKD CHKLST, STRANGE ODOR FOLLOWED BY LT ENG EXCEEDANCE CAS MESS. ITT LT ENG SPIKED IN RED. MOVING THROTTLE, NO EFFECT ON ITT. DURING TAKEOFF ROLL DETECTED FAINT SMELL (SIMILAR TO SMELL OF COOLANT FLUID) AT ~90KTS, CONTINUED TAKEOFF WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT (NOISE ABATEMENT DEPARTURE, BLEEDS TRANSFERRED TO ENGINES), AT ~13,000FT HEARD A WHIRRING SOUND COMING FROM COCKPIT GASPERS, OBSERVED SMOKE COMING FROM CO-PILOT GASPER NEAR/BELOW AUDIO PANEL. DONNED O2 MASKS AND COMPLIED WITH QRC/QRH PROCEDURES FOR SMOKE IN COCKPIT. DECLARED EMERGENCY, REQUESTED TO RETURN TO TEB WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. SMOKE APPEARED TO STOP AFTER A FEW MINUTES BUT CONTINUED TO HEAR INTERMITTENT WHIRRING SOUNDS FROM COCKPIT GASPERS. REMOVED THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE AND FOUND ACM TURBIN SEIZED. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACM IAW CL-350S MM 21-52·13.0PS CHECK GOOD. NO SMOKE OR SMELL WAS DETECTED
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: APPROACHING AIRCRAFT FOR PREFLIGHT, FORWARD EMER EXTERIOR LIGHTS ARE ILLUMINATED. EMER LIGHTS SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION IN THE COCKPIT. MAIN AIRCRAFT BATTERIES ARE UNPLUGGED. ///SIGN-OFF/// ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND OBSERVED ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS OFF. POWERED A/C AND ALLOWED 1 HOUR TO CHARGE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN ARM POSITION. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTING REF CL350 AMM 33-51-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.

REINSTALLED ALL ACCESS AND PERFORMED GOOD ADJUSTMENT/TEST/FUNCTION TEST JAW CL-350 AMM CH 33-51-00.
LEFT ENGINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL: ON CLIMB OUT, UPON FIRST POWER REDUCTION WE EXPERIENCED WHAT WE BELIEVE WAS COMPRESSOR STALLS. THE VIBRATION/ STALLS WERE FELT IN THE RUDDER PEDALS AND YOKE. THE ENGINE EVENT MARKER WAS UTILIZED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND SWITCHING THE BLEED SWITCHES TO ENGINE AIR, WE NOTICED A STRONG ELECTRICAL SMELL AND A LIGHT SMOKE HAZE. ALL OTHER ENGINE INSTRUMENT AND SYSTEMS INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. THE ELECTRICAL SMELL BEGAN TO DISSIPATE AS WE TURNED FINAL FOR LANDING. //SIGN-OFF// COMPLIED WITH CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR OIL IN THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM AND THE AIR CONDITIONING PACK REF SIL LS_CL300_01 DATED MAR 28/13 WITH NO ODORS, SMOKE, HAZE OR DEFECTS NOTED. (PER TECH REP SIL LS_CL300_01 DOCUMENT IS A GENERAL GUIDELINE FOR CL300 SERIES BASED MODELS CHECKING COMPONENTS IN THE AIR SYSTEM FOR OIL CONTAMINATION AND CLEANING.)
OUT OF 10000 FEET, STARTED TO ACCELERATE FROM 250 KNOTS. AT ABOUT 260 - 265 HEARD A LOUD & CONTINUOUS RUSH OF AIR IN FRONT OF US. ABOUT 5 SECONDS LATER THE AMBER NOSE GEAR DOOR MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. AFTER CONSULTING THE QRHM RETURNED FOR LANDING. THE MESSAGE WENT OUT & THE AIR NOISE CEASED AFTER DECELERATED THRU ABOUT 245. PERFORMED RIGGING CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT AT NLG AFT DOOR RODS. FOUND LT AND RT NLG AFT DOOR RODS TO BE OUT OF TOLERANCE. ADJUSTED RODS TO BE WITH IN TOLERANCE, ALL WORK DONE IAW RIL BD100-0041 REV.2 AND MM 32-22-00.
