AFTER EXTENDING LANDING GEAR, HYD 2 LO QTY AND HYD 2 LO PRESS SHOWED ON EICAS. EXECUTED GO AROUND AND RAN HYD 2 LO PRESS CHECKLIST. LANDED AND STOPPED ON RWY DUE TO DEGRADED BRAKING AND NO NOSE WHEEL STEERING. DURING POST FLIGHT WALK AROUND, FOUND HYDRAULIC FLUID POURING FROM THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY DECLARED. PENDING CORRECTIVE ACTION.
ON FINAL APPROACH WHEN THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED SMELLING OF BURNING RUBBER NO FIRE OR SMOKE WAS OBSERVED IN THE CABIN .BY THE TIME WE HAD PARKED AT THE GATE, THE ODOR HAD DISSIPATED. THERE WAS NO FIRE SMOKE OBSERVED IN THE CABIN. AS PASSENGERS WERE DEPLANING TWO PASSENGERS FROM FIRST CLASS REPORTED TO THE FIRST OFFICER AND THE FA1 THAT A PASSENGER SITTING IN 2F WAS VAPING. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN THE REASON FOR THE SMELL OF SMOKE IN THE FRONT OF THE CABIN. ODOR SOURCE DETERMINED TO BE AN E-CIGARETTE. NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND
SIGNIFICANT NOSE WHEEL SHIMMY ON TAKEOFF AND LANDING. WHEN DESCENDING THROUGH FL200, HEARD A NOISE LIKE THE NOSE GEAR DOOR POPPED OPEN AND HEARD ONE AURAL "HIGH SPEED" WARNING. EICAS FULL OPENED IMMEDIATELY BUT LNDG GEAR WAS UP AND WHITE. UPON EXTENDING GEAR ON FINAL, ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL INSPECTED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR LINKAGE PER AMM 32-22-00, AMM 32-22-03, AMM32-22-01. PERFORMED GVI FOR NLG EXTENSION/RETRACTION PER AMM 32-32-00. NO DEFECT NOTED. DID A HIGH SPEED RUN HAD A SLIGHT SHIMMY ON THE NLG. SEE AML 110302269 DESCREPANCY FOR FERRY FLIGHT
CABIN ALT HIGH WARNING ON EICAS WHILE DESCENDING. CABIN ALT REACHED 11,500 RAN THE ASSOCIATED CHECKLIST, CONTINUED DESCENT NO OTHER EICAS PRESSURE MESSAGE APPEARED. FA 1 REPORTED HISSING SOUND FROM L1 DOOR BEFORE WE ADVISED THE FAS OF THE CABIN HI ALT. EMERGENCY DECLARED PERFORMED CABIN DEPRESSURIZATION PER FIM TASK 21-31-00-810-818-A. DID THE PRESSURIZATION PER THE AMM TASK 21-31-00-720-802-A. FCV FOR PACK 1 AND PACK 2 WAS NOT OPENING. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE LH AND RH PACK PER AMM 21-51-21. FOUND RH PACK DUCT TEAR. REMOVED AND REPLACED PACK 2 OUTLET DUCT IAW AMM 21-51-21AND PACKS OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW AMM 27-51-00-710-801.
BLEED 1 LEAK COMING THRU FL200 ON CLIMB OUT. R & R PRECOOLER UPPER BLEED DUCT IAW AMM 36-11-04. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF ENGINE 1 BLEED SYSTEM IAW AMM 36-11-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON APPROACH WHEN SELECTING FLAPS 1 WE GOT EICAS FLAP FAIL AND SLATS 3 INDICATED FLAPS 0. EICAS MESSAGE GROUND PROXIMITY FAILURE AND WIND SHEAR FAIL. RAR 3L FLAP ACTUATOR REF NRWC 778-ORD-01368 . RAR 4L FLAP ACTUATOR REF NRWC 778-ORD-01373 . OPS CHECK GOOD. NO EICAS MESSAGES PRESENT.
SLAT FAIL EICAS ON TAKE OFF. SLAT STUCK IN POSITION (3) DECLARED EMERGENCY. EQP SWAP FLT.-C/A-RAR SLAT #4 HARNESS IAW E170/175 AMM 27-83-07. OPS CHECK GOOD.
SLAT FAIL ON LANDING. EMERGENCY DECLARED. TAXI TO GATE SAFLEY -C/A-TROUBLESHOT SLAT FAL EICAS MSG WITH FIM 22-31-00, PERFORMED RAR SLAT/FAP CONTROL-LEVEL UNIT IAW AM 27-53-01 OPS CHECK GOOD.
