UNSUCCESFUL ATTEMPTS TO ADVANCE THROTTLE AND RETURN TO IDLE WAS ATTEMPTED TO BRING ENGINE BACK TO NORMAL GROUND IDLE. CREW RETURNED TO RAMP WHERE TECHNICIANS TROUBLESHOT THE ISSUE TO, AND REPLACED THE APPROACH IDLE SOLENOID VALVE.
