AILERON CONTROL: PLEASE EVALUATE THE AILERONS AND CABLES. THE PLANE WAS LEFT OVERNIGHT WITH THE GUST LOCK ENGAGED AND THE YOKE LEVEL. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PREFLIGHT THE NEXT DAY, WE FOUND THE GUST LOCK STILL ON, THE YOKE MOVED FULL LEFT, THE LEFT AILERON UP AND THE RIGHT AILERON DOWN. MCC REPORTED ONLY THE SERVICE HUB HAD ACCESSED THE PLANE, NO OTHER MAINTENANCE PERFORMED. SIGNATURE LINE REPORTED THAT WE WERE PARKED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO OTHER PLANES ALL DAY. SUSPECT JET BLAST OVERPOWERED THE GUST LOCK. CORRECTIVE ACTION: AILERON CONTROL SYSTEM EVALUATED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL350 AMM 27-11-00-710-802.

ATA 2460

ELECTRICAL FAULT CYAN CAS: AFTER DEPARTURE CYAN CAS ELECTRICAL FAULT, WHITE CAS LEFT AND RIGHT BATTERIES OFFLINE AND LEFT AND RIGHT GENERATOR OFFLINE MEAASGES DISPLAYED. ELECTRICAL SYNOPTIC PAGE SHOWED BATTERIES AND GENERATORS WERE OFFLINE. THE CENTER CONSOLE SWITCHES SHOWED THAT BOTH GENERATORS AND BATTERIES WERE OFFLINE. THERE WAS NO INDICATIONS THAT POWER HAD BEEN LOST TO ANY SYSTEM. BATTERY TEMPS AND VOLTAGES WERE NORMAL AND GENERATOR LOADS WERE NORMAL. COMPLIED WITH THE UNEXPEXTED ELECTRICAL INDICATIONS CHECKLIST AND BROUGHT THE APU GENERATOR ONLINE. CAS MESSAGES CLEARED AND SYNOPTIC PAGE SHOWED ALL BUSES WERE POWERED. NO ASSOCIATED B3 CODES WERE NOTED ON THE MAINTENANCE FAULTS PAGES. REPLACED DCPC AND LH BATTERY CONTACTOR IAW CL-350 AMM 24-61-01. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.

MAIN DOOR: DURING CLOSING OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT THE DOOR SHUTTERS ABOUT HALF WAY UP AND MAKES A LOUD GRONDING SOUND AS IT GETS NEAR THE TOP. THE GUIDE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DOOR FROM INSIDE THE AIRCRAFT APPEARS TO HIT BEFORE IT SEATS IN THE GUIDES. YOU HAVE TO PULL THE DOOR INTO THE GUIDES TO CLOSE THE DOOR. DURING INSPECTION OF THE PASSENGER DOOR GRINDING NOISE FOUND THE DOOR MOTOR CABLE PULLEY FULL OF DEBRIS AND IS STUCK CAUSING THE NOISE. CLEANED DEBRIS AND LUBED THE PULLEY PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW CL 350 AMM 52-11-25.

CHECKED CB & WIRING, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REPLACED NR 1 TCAS/XPDR UNIT. CAS MESSAGE CLEARED, INSTALLED & OPS CHECKED IAW AMM 34-54-01.

SUBMITTER SUGGESTED TIGHTER MANUFACTURING CONTROL. ACFT TTSN: 1,075.6 HOURS.
