ON TAKEOFF AT 300 FT SMOKE FILLED CABIN AND A SOUND OF SOMETHING WHIRRING AND WINDING DOWN WAS HEARD AS ENGINE BLEEDS WERE TURNED ON. WE IMMEDITATELY SHUT OFF AIR SOURCE AND APU TO ISOLATE ALL AIR AND SMOKE DISSIPATED QUICKLY. SUSPECT ACM FAILURE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED ACM. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL-350 AMM 21-52-13
WHEN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE SET TO "ARM" THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS COME ON EVEN THOUGH THE CAS MESSAGE SAYS "EMER LIGHTS OFF". DUE TO WHEN EMER LIGHTS ARE SET TO ARM THE EMERGENCY LIGHT COME ON EVEN THOUGH THE CAS MESSAGE SAYS "EMER LIGHTS OFF" GAINED ACCESS TO EMER LIGHT SWITCH REMOVING LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL. VERIFIED NO WIRES WERE TOUCHING GOING TO GROUND. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECKS. OPS CHECK WERE GOOD. SYSTEM WORKS AS INTENDED. CONFIGURED AIRCRAFTBACK TO NORMAL CONFIGURATION. WORK DONE IN REF WITH AMM 33-41-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

FOUND THE OTBD BRAKE ACCUMULATOR HAS FAILEO. WMF 3000 PSI ON THE SYSTEM THE ACCUMULATOR PRESSURE ONLY READS 900PS1 AND TLIE PER CHARGE JS OKAY. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TLIE FREE UP THE ACCUMULATOR BY CYCUNG TLIE PRESSURE ON THEN BLEEDING DOWN THE PRESSURE. UNFORTIJNATELY, WE WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. ON TAKE OFF ROLL, RIGHT ENGINE SEEMED SLOW TO POWER UP AND ONLY GOT ABOUT TWO THIRDS POWER, THEN ITT TURNED RED AND RED CAS MESSAGE R ENGINE EXCEEDANCE ILLUMINATED AND WE ABORTED TAKEOFF. THE PASSENGERS SAID THEY HEARD SEVERAL LOUD BANGS COMING FROM THE BACK AS WELL. ALSO, THIS PLANE AFTER THE PREVIOUS LEG WAS AOG FOR R FEDEC FAIL AND HAS AN MEL FOR R ENGINE MINOR FAULT WHICH IS CURRENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE CAS. B3 CODES ARE: B3-303450, BR-303686, B3-303719. REPLACED RH ENGINE FADEC A. REPLACED BOTH RH ENGINE MAIN BLEED VALVES. PERFORMED A BORESCOPE OF COMPRESSOR BLADE STAGES 1-4 WITH NO ABNORMAL FINDINGS. RAN RH ENGINE TO TAKE-OFF POWER WITH NO SURGES, NO COMPRESSOR STALLS, NO ABNORMAL CAS MESSAGES, AND NO ITT EXCEEDANCES IAW AS907-2-1A LMM 76-10-05, IAW AS907-2-1A LMM IAW AS907-2-1A LMM 75-30-03
CABIN SMOKE - UPON LANDING WE BOTH SMELLED SMOKE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE EXTERNAL. HOWEVER THE SMELL CONTINUED TO GET STRONGER. AS WE EXITED THE RUNWAY I NOTICED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND IN THE CABIN AND WE SHUT IT DOWN ON THE TAXIWAY AND EVACUATED THE AIRCRAFT. THE SMOKE WAS A WOOD OR PAPER SMELL. THE APU WAS RUNNING THE BLEEDS HAD NOT BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE APU WHEN THE WE FIRST NOTICED THE SMOKE. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE IAW CL350 AMM 21-52-00-710-801. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY LEAK TEST OF THE AIR CYCLE MACHINE IAW CL350 AMM 36-11-00-790-801.
ON THE SECOND FLIGHT OF THE DAY, DURING CLIMB OUT AT CLIMB POWER THE RIGHT ENGINE ROLLED BACK AND THE RED R ENGINE EXCEEDANCE AND CYAN R ENGINE FAULT CAS MESSAGES POSTED. THE RIGHT N2 READ 100% AND WAS RED AND THE LEFT N2 WAS LOWER (DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT PERCENT). I RETARDED THE RIGHT POWER LEVER AND DETERMINED THAT THE N2S WOULD START TO DIVERGE AROUND 35-40% N1 AND BY 60% N1 THE RIGHT N2 WOULD REACH 100%, TURN RED AND ANY FURTHER POWER INCREASE CAUSED THE FADEC TO ROLL BACK THE RIGHT ENGINE. I RETARDED THE RIGHT POWER LEVER AND DETERMINED THAT THE N2S WOULD START TO DIVERGE AROUND 35-40% N1 AND BY 60% N1 THE RIGHT N2 WOULD REACH 100%, TURN RED AND ANY FURTHER POWER INCREASE CAUSED THE FADEC TO ROLL BACK THE RIGHT ENGINE.
