TOWER STATED BANGS WERE HEARD WITH A MOMENTARY FIREBALL FROM LT ENG. NO SECONDARY INDS & RETURNED TO LAND W/ NORMAL CHKLSTS. AFTER LANDING, STOPPED ON RUNWAY TO ALLOW ARFF TO INSPECT. NO SIGNS OF LEAKS, SEEPING, OR SMOKING NOTED & TAXIED ACFT. REMOVED ENG & INSTALLED A REPAIRED ENG IAW LMM 72-00-00, SUBTASK 72-00-00-420-004-A01. PERFORMED POST ENG INSTALL LEAK & OPS CHK IAW LMM 72-00-00. POST ENG RUNS GOOD, NO DEFECTS. WORK DONE IAW LMM 72-05-22, REV 13, AND BD-100-1A10, TASK 71-00-01-400-801, REV 42.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANGS UP WHEN OPENING. FACING DOOR FROM OUTSIDE, RT STRUT HAS FLUID COMING OUT OF TOP FITTING, DRIPPING ON RT SIDE OF MAIN CABIN DOOR. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTS OF INBD & OTBD AREA OF PAX DOOR & FOUND NEEDS CLEANING & LUBE, CLEANED & LUBED MED AS REQUIRED, IAW AMM 52÷ 11÷00. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTS OF PAX DOOR BOTH SIDE STRUTS, & FOUND NO LEAK ON STRUT ASSYS. FOUND JUST OLD GREENIST YELLOW GRIME HARD LIKE A GLUE. CLEANED GRIME. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE ATTACHMENT SIDE ON STRUT ASSYS IAW AMM 52-11-00. OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE PAX DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES FROM OUTSIDE & INSIDE WITH NO DEFECTS IAW AMM 52-11÷00, MED OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CABIN SMOKE: PRIOR TO TAKEOFF, SECURED THE APU AFTER MEL 24 ÿ 20ÿ01 APPLIED. AIR PACK SELECTION NORMAL, APU BLEEDS OFF. AT APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET NOTICED ODOR AND SMOKE IN CABIN/COCKPIT. EMERGENCY RETURN REMAINING IN THE PATTERN. NO UNUSUAL NOISES WITH POWER REDUCTION, LANDED NORMALLY, SMOKE SUBSIDED AS THE POWER WAS REDUCED. NO OTHER EICAS OR ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. CONTINUED SAFELY TO LAND. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED ACM IAW BOMBARDIER CL350 AMM 21-52-13. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO SMOKE OR ODOR NOTED IN CABIN OR COCKPIT.
PASSENGER DOOR CLOSED ONE TIME. AFTER CLOSING, ATTEMPTED TO OPEN DOOR. OPENING TOOK AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR DOOR TO FALL TO THE OPEN POSITION. ONCE OPEN, LIFT SWITCH IN GALLEY WOULD NOT CLOSE THE DOOR. OPERATED DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES FROM INSIDE & OUTSIDE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. MCC HAS ELECTED TO REPLACE THE DOOR ACTUATOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW ACTUATOR IAW AMM 52-11-25 AND 52-11- 26. PERFORMED MULTIPLE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF MAIN DOOR CLOSING AND OPENING WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR: PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE WITH AUTOMATIC LIFT SWITCH. SWITCHES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AIRCRAFT INOPERATIVE. // SIGNOFF // COMPLIED WITH SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECK OF BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SWITCHES ALL CHECKED NORMAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CL-350 AMM 52-11-00.
L HYD TEMP HIGH AMBER CAS: L. TEMP STARTED AT 102. WENT TO 136 ON DESCENT.
EXTERIOR MAIN DOOR HANDLE BINDS AT 2/3RDS OF IT'S TRAVEL WHILST OPENING THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LUBRICATED EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE ROD AND INTERNAL LINKAGES THRU FRONT STAIR ACCESS PANEL. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE PAX DOOR, IAW CL 350 AMM 52-11-00-720-801. MEASURED FORCE WITH IN LIMITS, OPERATIONS CHECKS GOOD.
AT FL390 RIGHT REAR PASSENGER AUDIO & LIGHTING PANELS WERE VERY HOT TO THE TOUCH. PANELS COOLED OFF ONCE AIRCRAFT WAS ON THE GROUND. BURNING WIRING ODOR IN A/C REAR, NO SMOKE OBSERVED. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
CAB DOOR UNLOCK LIGHT WAS FLICKERING ON TAKEOFF ROLL, AFTER THE ABORT THE ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED. REPEAT WRITE UP. ADJUSTED UPPER FWD DOOR PIN SWITCH, OPERATIONAL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. ALL WORK IAW CE-650 M/M CHPT 52-70-00.
AT FL410, MACH .78, NOSE PITCHED DOWN -3 TO -5º, AUTOPILOT WAS "ON", FLAPS OVERSPEED LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FLAPS INDICATED 7º THEN 20º, VISUALLY FLAPS APPEARED TO BE BETWEEN 0 - 7º. - FOUND BITS 1, 2, 7, 8 SET ON CONTROLLER, SUSPECT A BAD FLAP CONTROLLER DUE TO FAULT CODES. REPLACED CONTROLLER CHECKED MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PER CESSNA 650 MM CHAPTER 27-54-00.
WRITE-UP, WEMAC BOOST INOPERATIVE, PART ON ORDER. FOUND FAN CASE IMPELLER HAD DISINTEGRATED.
