INSPECTED CONNECTORS MPE77P1 AND MPE77P2 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLEANED CONNECTORS AS NEEDED. COMPLIED WITH WIRING CHECKS FROM MPE77P1 TO FCU A124AP1 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLIED WITH WIRING CHECKS FROM MPE77P2 TO FCU A124BP1 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH FLAP POSITION SENSOR IAW CL-350 AMM 27-52-17. OPS CHECK GOOD.

NO CAS MESSAGE NOTED ON POWER UP BUT PANELS WERE DEPLOYED. PERFORMED DOWNLOADS AND SENT TO CUSTOMER. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECKS WITH NO FAULT NOTED. PER CRC WE SWAPPED #1 AND #2 SECUS AND PERFORMED ELECTRIC RIGGING AND PERFORMED SEVERAL MORE OPERATIONAL CHECKS ALL FOUND GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMM 27-62-05. PER CUSTOMER SECUS REMAIN IN SWAPPED POSITION.

AFTER LANDING THERE WAS VISIBLE HYDRAULIC FLUID PUDDLES UNDER THE LEFT ENGINE AND MIDWAY UNDER THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT. /// CORRECTIVE ACTION /// REMOVED PUMP AND INSTALLED REPAIRED PUMP IAW THE CL350 AMM, CH. 29-12-01. LEAK AND OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. FLUSHED LH HYD SYSTEM AND BLED BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT HYD SYSTEMS. COMPLETED UNSCHEDULED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OVERHEAT AND UNSCHEDULED ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP OPERATED DRY - GVI, NO FAULTS NOTED.

AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR: TURNED APU OFF FOR NOIAE ABATEMENT DEPARTURE. AT ROTATION GOT A BURNING SMELL ALSO GOT HOT & NOISY IN COCKPIT. STOPPED CLIMB AT 10000 TO EVALUATE. PUT ENVIRON SYS IN CRUISE & APPROACH SETTING TO TRY & FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG SINCE ECS PAGE WAS GREEN & HAD NO CAS MESSAGES. ON DESCENT PUT TEMP CONTROL IN MANUAL TO TRY & COOL IT DOWN & THAT DID NOT WORK. AFTER LANDING AMBER PACK TEMP HIGH & AIR COND TEMP HIGH CAS MESSAGES ILLUMINATED. RAN CHECKLIST FOR PACK TEMP HIGH & TURNED OFF AIR SOURCE, AMBER MESSAGES WENT AWAY WHEN COOLED OFF. EMOVED AND REPLACED ACM DUE TO BEING SEIZED PER CL350 AMM 21-52-13, OPS/LEAK CHECKS GOOD.

AFTER LANDING, DISCOVERED FLUID LEAKING FROM ENGINE NACELLE. 0 FLUID IN RESERVOIR AND NO EVIDENCE OF FLUID IN THE AFT EQUIPMENT BAY. FLAPS WERE LEFT AT 30. TROUBLESHOTOING FOUND RT ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP DAMAGED & LEAKING, FOUND RT EDP CASE DRAIN BYPASS INDICATOR POPPED. R & R THE EDP. R & R THE RIM CASE DRAIN, PRESSURE & RETURN FILTERS, FOUND THE EDP PRESSURE LINE B-NUT LOOSE AT FORWARD SIDE OF PRESSURE FILTER ASSEMBLY. TIGHTENED THE CONNECTIONS, LEAK CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM PART II 29-12-01.
