ACM: OM LANDING WHEN THE APU WAS TURNED ON WE NOTICED A SMELL, THEN A HAZE DEVELOPE IN THE CABIN. ALSO THERE WAS A LOUD SQEAL COMINF FRON THE AC VENTS. THEN WE RECEIVED THE AMBER "PACK TEMP HIGH" MESSAGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED ACM. REFERENCE CL350 AMM CH 31-52-13.
AFTER LANDING THE APU WAS STARTED, SHORTLY AFTER THE BLEEDS WERE CONFIGURED FOR APU AIR USE (AS WE PULLED ONTO THE PARKING AREA) THE COCKPIT AND CABIN FILLED WITH SMOKE (FROM THE GASPER VENTS). THERE WAS NO ASSOCIATED APU FIRE INDICATION. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU IAW CL-350 AMM(II) 49-11-01. REPLACED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED, INSPECTED, APU GTCP36-150(BD) PN:3800774-1 SN:P-120, INSPECTED BY TURBINE ENGINE SPECIALISTS, INC. CRS TEHR262X ON WO:32773 DATED 29/JUN/2023. REMOVED AND REPLACED MAGNETIC OIL DRAIN PLUG IAW CL-350 AMM(II) 49-91-05. REPLACED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED, NEW, PLUG, MACHINE PN:572-510-9151 SN:NSN. DRAINED RESIDUAL OIL IAW CL-350 AMM(II) 49·91-00-680-801. SERVICED OIL WITH XS JET SUPPLIED ETO 2197 IAW CL-350 AMM(II) 12-14-09-612-801 AND NETJETS AVIATION, INC. WHILE IN CRUISE AT FL230 IN CRUISE POWER SETTING, ICE DETECTED CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. AFTER TURNING ON ANTI-ICE, GOT RED WING ANTI-ICE LEAK CAS MESSAGE. FOLLOWED BY AMBER L(R) WING ANTI-ICE FAIL CAS MESSAGES & CYAN L(R) ENG THRUST FAULT CAS MESSAGES. QRH DIRECTED TO STEP 11 & 12 WING ANTI-ICE FAILURE LANDING PROCEDURE. PERFORMED DOWNLOAD OF MDC FAULT HISTORY & IASC 18 & 2B NVM DATA IAW CRC & FSR, FAULTS POINT TO RT WINGTIP LOOP. INSPECTED & FOUND LOWER LDE ABNORMAL, CLOSE TO RT BLEED TUBE ASSY. MEASURED 0,1" FROM BLEED TUBE ASSY, OUT OF LIMITS IAW AMM 36-21-00. ADJUSTED LOE TO 0.3" FROM BLEED TUBE ASSY, ABOVE MIN DISTANCE OF D.25". OPS CHECKED WING ANTI-ICE SYS IAW AMM 30·10·00. OPS & LEAK CHECKED SATIS.
AT 43000' THERE WAS A PRONOUNCED DUTCH ROLLING. ALSO YOKE KEPT GOING LEFT - RIGHT. DESCENDED TO 38000, STILL ROLLING. DESCENDED TO 31000, STILL OCCURRING. THRU 33000 YAW & ROLL PRONOUNCED. DIDN'T SETTLE UNTIL MID-TEENS. WHEN YOU HIT ANY TURBULENCE IT WOULD START AGAIN. TROUBLE SHOT & FOUND ISSUE WITH RUDDER POSITION RVDT. R & R RVDT, FOUND BAD. ORDERED ANOTHER RVDT. REMOVED RUDDER POSITION RVDT. REPLACED WITH REPAIRED RUDDER POSITION RVDT IAW AMM 27-21-09 REV 7. OPERATIONS OK.
AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO THE UP POSITION. CHECKED SYSTEM FOR PROPER OPERATION, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. CHECKED NOSE SQUAT SWITCH FOUND NOSE CENTERING LINK ASSY NOT GRABBING CENTERING SWITCH TO ACTUATE PROPERLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE CENTERING LINK ASSY AND RE-ADJUSTED NOSE CENTERING SWITCH. REPLACED LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR/TEST. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW 650 M/M CH 32-00-001.
BURNT WIRING SMELL WAS NOTICED AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN. HEADING AD SELECTION CONTROL PANEL WAS EXTREMELY HOT SO COMPLETE SHUTDOWN WAS INITIATED. - TROUBLESHOT TO BAD REMOTE INSTRUMENT CONTROLLER, REPLACED BAD R.I.C. IAJ CE 650MM CH 34-21-00 + OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING TAKEOFF WITH MAX TAKEOFF POWER APPLIED, THE RIGHT RUDDER PEDAL WENT FULL FORWARD POSITION, TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED. TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND LINE GOING TO RUDDER BIAS ACTUATOR HAD FROZEN MOISTURE IN IT. REMOVED LINE AND PURGED MOISTURE, REINSTALLED LINE, OPS CHECK LEAK CHECK GOOD IAW CESSNA 650 M/M CHAPTER 27-20-01.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT ON CLIMB OUT, AFTER TRYING TO RETRACT THE GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, THE GEAR DID RETRACT. FOUND NOSE GEAR CENTERING SWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED SWITCH AND RAN GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, OPS CHECK GOOD ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 650 MM CHAPTER 32-60-00.
DURING ROUTINE DAILY CHECK, AILERON WING CABLE TENSION WAS FOUND TO BE SO LOW THAT THE CABLES WERE DRAGGING ON THE LOWER SURFACE OF THE WING TRAILING EDGE. TENSION CHECKED 15 POUNDS. MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPT 27-10-00 PG 501 SPECS TENSION AT 35 PLUS OR MINUS 5 POUNDS AT 70 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. RE-RIGGED AND TENSIONED AILERON WING CABLES. SUBMITTER SUGGESTS TIGHTER MANUFACTURING CONTROL. ACFT: TTSN: 329.4 HOURS.
