AFTER LANDING DURING ROLL OUT WE SMELLED AN ODOR THAT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE & HAD A DIRTY SOCK SMELL. WE HAD VISIBLE SMOKE IN CABIN. APU WAS NOT ON AT THIS TIME. DURING TAXI WHILE APU WAS BEING STARTED RECEIVED AN AMBER PACK TEMP HIGH MSG. ARRIVED AIRCRAFT & ATTEMPTED TO RUN APU. FELT NO AIR, NO AC. INSPECTED EXTERNAL APU DURING OPERATION, DIDN'T FEEL COLD ON ANY APU LINES. PERFORMED T/S FOR AMBER PACK HI TEMP MSG. DIRECTED TO REPLACE ACM. REMOVED ACM & PERFORMED UNSUCCESSFUL TORQUE CHECK PER MCC REQUEST AND REPLACED ACM IAW AMM 21-52-13-000-801. PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS IAW AMM 21-52-00-710-801 AND 36-11-00-790-801. RESPECTIVELY. RESTORED AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION.
R ENG OIL PRESS LOW CAS: ON CLIMBOUT, RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE LOW RED CAS ILLUMINATED WITH AN ASSOCIATED OIL PRESSURE INDICATION OF 41 PSI. FOLLOWED QRH AND PERFORMED PRECAUTIONARY SHUT-DOWN OF RIGHT ENGINE DUE TO CONTINUED DECREASE IN OIL PRESSURE. LANDED WITHOUT ISSUE. LOWEST OIL PRESSURE OBSERVED PRIOR TO ENGINE SHUTDOWN WAS 21 PSI. CORRECTIVE ACTION: SERVICED ENGINE WITH 5 QTS OF OIL. PERFORMED MULTIPLE HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW CL-350 AMM 79-21-00
AFTER ENGINES STARTUP HAD BURNT ACIDIC SMELL COMING OUT OF ECS. OPS NORMAL RUNNING WITH APU. SMELL DECREASED BIT WAS STILL PRESENT AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES. RETURNED TO MAINTENANCE DUE TO OIL BYPASS ISSUE. AFTER SHUTDOWN BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT HAD STRONG BURNING SMELL AND ACCESSORY AREA HAD STRANGE CHARRED SMELL. C/W CL350 SIL LS-CL300-01 CLEANING PROCEDURE FOR OIL IN THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM & AIR CONDITIONING PACK. OPERATED BOTH ENGINES BLEED AIR ECS, ADJUSTED THE TEMPERATURE HOT TO COLD THROUGHOUT 15-20 MINS IAW CL 350 AMM 21-60-00-710-801. NO BAD OR FOUL ODOR NOTED THROUGHOUT THE AIRCRAFT.
COCKPIT ODOR OBSERVED IN COCKPIT DURING CLIMB AND DESCENT AND TAXI. ODOR NOT OBSERVED AT LEVEL CRUISE IN THE HIGHER FLIGHT LEVELS. ODOR WAS CERTAINLY COMING FROM COCKPIT VENT WHEN THEY WERE FULLY OPEN. ODOR COULD BE DESCRIBED AS A SKUNK. VERY STRONG. ALSO COULD BE AN OIL/GREASE ODOR. ODOR OCCURED WITH AND WITHOUT ENGINES OPERATING. ALL AIR COMING OUT OF COCKPIT VENTS HAD THIS POTENT ODOR THAT CAUSED BOTH OF US TO EXPERIENCE HEADACHES. MOST NOTICEABLE WHEN WE DESCENDED BELOW AROUND 20,000FT. OWNER DID NOT REPORT ANY ODOR FROM THE CABIN. SEEMS JUST ISOLATED TO THE COCKPIT AC VENTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED R/H FACE WEEMAC HOSE DUE TO IMPROPER ROUTING. IAW AMM 21-21-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
BIRD STRIKE ON TAKEOFF FROM KRKD, AFTER LANDING INSPECTION SHOWED LEFT PITOT TUBE WAS STRUCK AND POSSIBLE ENGINE INGESTION. COMPLIED WITH AMM 05-51-45 GVI AFTER BIRD STRIKE. FOUND BIRD REMAINS ON LT PITOT PROBE & IN TIP OF PROBE. CLEANED PROBE FULLY & DIDN`T FIND ANY DAMAGE TO PROBE. TIP OF PROBE WAS CLEANED AND OUT AND REMAINS WERE FOUND TO HAVE ONLY GOTTEN ABOUT 1/4 INCH INTO PROBE. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TESTED ADC SYS IAW AMM 34-13-01, NO DEFECTS NOTED. STREAK OF REMAINS 3FT LONG DIRECTLY BEHIND PITOT PROBE, NO DAMAGE TO ACFT STRUCTURE. BLOOD SPRAY IN & AROUND LT ENGINE INLET. NO DAMAGE FOUND TO INLET OR LINER. NO DAMAGE FOUND TO NACELLE OR PYLON AREA. NO SIGN OF IMPACT. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
AMBER CAS EMERGENCY ON TAKE OFF B3-648394. REMOVED EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR TO CHECK FOR PROPER RIGGING, EMERGENCY DOOR LATCH BOLTS DISTANCE IS CORRECT ACCORDING TO AMM. NO ADJUSTMENTS OR RIGGING REQUIRED. REINSTALLED EMERGENCY DOOR. NO EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR MSG PRESENT ON EICAS. WORK DONE IAW CL 350 AMM 52-21-05.
EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN TO THE LEFT OF EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT SIGN IAW CL350 AMM 33-51-01 OPS CHECK GOOD
AMBER EMERGENCY EXIT CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED JUST AFTER TAKEOFF. WHILE RUNNING THE CHECKLIST THE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AND DID NOT REILLUMINATE. WE RETURNED FOR LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. POWERED AIRCRAFT ON AND PERFORMED VISUAL INSPCETION OF EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPENED EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR AND CHECKED ALL PINS AND DOOR LATCHING MECHANISM FOR LOOSE HARDWARE AND PLAY IN LINKAGES. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY DOOR PROXIMITY SENSOR AND NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. NO CAS MESSAGE CURRENTLY BEING DISPLAYED. REPORTED FINDINGS TO MCC AND MCC OK WITH SIGNING ITEM OFF. NO RII REQUIRED.
OUTBD BRAKE PRESS LO AMBER CAS: AFTER LANDING IN IAH WE HAD TO GET TOWED INTO THE RAMP FROM THE TAXIWAY. WE SHUT DOWN THE ENGINES OPENED THE DOOR AND GAVE THE LINEMAN THE GEAR PINS. I THEN PRESSED THE BRAKES TO RELEASE THE PARK BRAKE AND WE GOT AN AMBER OUTBOARD BRAKE PRESS LOW CAS MESSAGE. ENGINES WERE SHUT DOWN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES. FOUND OUTBD BRAKES ACCUMULATOR TO BE LOW. SERVICE ACCUM. TO PROPER LEVEL REF. CL350 MM 12-12-00. THEN COMPLETED BRAKE ACCUMULATOR FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE BRAKES FOR PRESSURE RETENTION. ACCUMULATOR CHECKS GOOD REF. CL350 32-43-37-720-801.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY FROM THE OUTSIDE. WHEN THE DOOR IS AT THE END OF THE POWER ASSIST CYCLE, THE DOOR HANDLE CANNOT BE MOVED TO THE CLOSED POSITION. IN SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CLOSE THE DOOR WE WERE SUCCESFUL ONLY ONCE, BUT WITH STRONG UPWARD PUSH ON THE DOOR WHILE IN THE EXTREME UPRIGHT POSITION. SIGN OFF. PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK OF MED FROM OUTSIDE WITH NO DEFECTS. INSPECTED DOOR AND LUBRICATED. PERFORMED SERVERAL OPERATIONS CHECKS FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CABIN, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL IAW CHALLENGER 350 AMM 12-22-00 AND 52-11-00.
RIGHT ENGINE ENGINE OIL - DURING FLIGHT CLIMBING OUT OF 10,000 FEET WE GOT THE LOW OIL PRESS RIGHT SIDE RED WARNING CAS MESSAGE. WE FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST. WE HAD TO SECURE THE ENGINE AND RETURN FOR A LANDING AFTER DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. AFTER SHUT DOWN WE FOUND THE OIL CAP OFF OF THE ENGINE AND OIL ALL OVER THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT. VERIFIED OIL CAP WAS NOT INSTALLED ON RIGHT ENGINE. SERVICED WITH 4 QTS OF 2197 OIL. CLEANED RESIDUAL OIL FROM ENGINE, COWL, AND FUSELAGE. COMPLIED WITH ENGINE TREND DOWNLOAD AND SENT OFF TO TECH SUPPORT. NO EXCEDANCES OR FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN. NO LEAKS OR FAULTS NOTED. TECH SUPPORT RECOMMENDS RELEASING AIRCRAFT. RECHECKED OIL LEVEL AFTER SHUT DOWN. REF HONEYWELL HTF7350 AS907-2-1 LMM 72-00-00 AND CH-350 M/M 05-52-25.
