THE PILOT REPORTED AFTER NORMAL LANDING WITH NORMAL BRAKING HE FELT THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL GO TO THE FLOOR WITH NO BRAKING ACTION. AFTER SHUTDOWN NOTICED THE RIGHT BRAKE FITTING DISCONNECTED FROM THE BRAKE CALIPER. THEN CONTACTED MAINTENANCE WHO FOUND THE FITTING THREADS PULLED OUT OF THE BRAKE CALIPER HOUSING. THE BRAKE CALIPER WAS REPLACED, THE SYSTEM BLEED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED AFTER NORMAL LANDING AND DURING TAXI THE RT BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR WITH NO BRAKING ACTION. AFTER SHUTDOWN AND SECURING THE ACFT HE NOTICED THE RT BRAKE CALIPER LEAKING FLUID ON THE RAMP. ON FURTHER INVESTIGATION HE FOUND THE BRAKE LINE LEADING TO THE RT BRAKE CALIPER SEPARATED FROM THE CALIPER. MX REPLACED THE RT BRAKE CALIPER AND BLED THE BRAKE SYS. MX REPORTED THE THREADS IN THE CALIPER PULLED OUT.
PRECAUTIONARY INSPECTION OF THE FUEL PUMP DRIVE SPLINE IAW MM. FUEL PUMP COUPLING IN-SITU INSPECTION. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FUEL PUMP DRIVE SPLINE CORRODED. THE FUEL PUMP ASSY WAS REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
SUBJECT A/C DO NOT HAVE HOUR METER OPTION INSTALLED. A/C IS WIRED FOR THIS OPTION. CLOCK OR HOUR METER. MAINT HAS FOUND AT CIRCUIT BREAKER CB75 BOTH OPTIONS POWERED AND WIRE DF2 TERMINAL IMPROPERLY STOWED. TERMINAL END OF WIRE DF2 IS NOT PROTECTED FROM SHORTING AND IMPROPER WRAPPING ALLOWS TERMINAL END TO FLOP AROUND. TERMINAL END TO FLOP AROUND. TERMINAL END DF7 IS A GROUNDED CIRCUIT AND IS STOWED WITH DF2 TERMINAL. FOUND THIS A/C WIRING TIES BEHIND RADIO RACK. DF2, DF7 TERMINAL ENDS LOOSE. MAINT IS INSPECTING A SAMPLE SET OF AIRCRAFT FOR THIS CONDITION. IF FOUND IN THIS CONDITION. MAINT IS DISCONNECTED TERMINAL DF1 AT CB75, HEAT SHRINKING TERMINAL END FOR PROTECTION AND PROPERLY STOWING WIRE.
PILOT REPORTED AFTER REPEATED ACTUATIONS OF FIRE DETECTION WARNING TEST SWITCH, SWITCH BUTTON DETACHED FROM SWITCH BODY CAUSING SWITCH TO SHORT AND ACTIVATE WARNING HORN. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO BUR AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT. (X)
PILOT REPORTED HIGH PITCHED NOISE FROM ENGINE AT POWER. FOUND ONE BLADE ON 1ST STAGE COMPRESSOR BENT. BLADE WAS BENT AT THE LEADING EDGE AT THE END OF THE BLADE. SUSPECT CAUSE WAS ICE FOD. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS NOTED TO 1ST, 2ND OR 3RD STAGE COMPRESSORS.
