AT CRUISE A VERY LOUD PULSATING ALARM SOUNDED THROUGH ALL CABIN AND GALLEY SPEAKERS. STARTED TO SMELL AN ODOR AFTER 30 MIN PRIOR TO LANDING. THE LOUD NOISE STAYED CONSTANT UNTIL SHUTTING DOWN THE AIRCRAFT. PERFORMED OPS TEST OF THE CABIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW SMM 44-10-00-710-801.
EMERGENCY EXIT AMBER CAS ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT CLIMBING THROUGH ROUGHLY 8200 FEET WITH A CABIN PRESSURE OF ROUGHLY 400 FEET. A WHINING / WHISTLING NOISE COULD BE HEARD. WE DID NOT CONTINUE HIGHER THAN 10,000 AND RETURNED TO OUR PLACE OF DEPARTURE. WE RAN THE QRH. THE CAS MESSAGE DISAPPEARED WHEN DESCENDING THROUGH ROUGHLY 2000 FEET. THE NOISE COULD STILL BE HEARD. PRESSURIZED A/C AND WAS ABLE TO HEAR NOISE MENTIONED FROM CREW FROM VENT DOOR. DEPRESSURIZED A/C AND CLEANED VENT DOOR SEAL AND EMERGENCY EXIT SEAL. CONFIRMED LINKAGE FOR VENT DOOR AND DOOR PINS OPERATING SMOOTHLY. REINSTALLED EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK, OBSERVED NO CAS WITH EXIT FULLY CLOSED AND CONFIRMED NO WHISTLING AS DESCRIBED BY CREW. CABIN HELD PRESSURE AND LEAK CHECK OF EXIT DOOR CHECKS GOOD. C/W CL350 AMM 21-31-00 & 52-21-01.
EMERGENCY EXIT CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMBOUT AT 5000' AND 200KIAS. PERFORMED AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE OVER-WING EMERGENCY EXIT PROXIMITY SENSOR PX49 (3 TURNS). PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT AND OP CHECKS GOOD.WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO CL-350 AMM 52-21-00 AND 52-71-21.
ON CLIMBOUT AT 2000' MSL EMERGENCY EXIT CAS APPEARED WITH NO SECONDARY INDICATIONS. DURING RETURN TO FIELD THE CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. //SIGNOFF// TROUBLESHOT THE CAS MESSAGE TO THE PROXIMITY SENSOR READING FAR. GAINED ACCESS TO PROXIMITY SENSOR AND RJGGED IT TO WITHIN THE ALLOWED INDUCTANCE LEVEL CLOSED UP ACCESS AND OP'S CHECKED GOOD THEN TOOK THE AIRCRAFT TO PRESSURIZATION AND FOUND IT STAYED WITHIN THE INDUCTANCE LEVEL WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED ALL WORK DONE IN REF WITH CL 350 AMM 52-71-21 TL- 10754803303574 CAL DUE 5-2-24

NO HISTORY NOTED, CHECKED AIRCRAFT CAS SYSTEM AND FOUND NO FAUL TS. REMOVED EMERGENCY EXIT AND CLEANED FRAME AND SOURROUDING AREA, CLEANED AL SEALS AND CLEANED SWITCH, RE-GREASED MATING SURFACE PINS AND OPS CHECKED EMERGENCY EXIT GOOD, REMOVED AND REINSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND EMERGENCY EXIT CAS OPS CHECKED GOOD EVERY TIME. TRIED PUSHING FROM OUTSIDE AND INSDIE AND WIGGLING SWITCH BUT COULD NO REPRODUCE FAULT. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS FOUND ALL WORK DONE I/A/W CL350 AMM 52-70-01-2 MEL CLEARED
MAIN DOOR: MAIN CABIN DOOR FORWARD STRUT BASE ATTACHED TO DOOR BROKE. BOLTS FATIGUED. STRUT BASE APPEARS OKAY. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED 3 SHEARED BOLTS ATTACHING FWD LOWER MOUNT PLATE TO: DOOR ASSEMBLY INSTALLED 3 NEW BOLTS P/N: OFF/ON NAS6303-5 AND 3 'NEW WASHERS P/N: OFF/ON: 'NAS1149C0332R FOUND AFT TELESCOPING STRUT OUT OF ADJUSTMENT TELESCOPIC STRUT. WQRK CHALLENGER BD-100 AMM 52-11-41. NO FURTHER
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE OR RAISE MUCH PAST HALF WAY. MAIN DOOR WILL NOT OPEN ALL THE WAY DOWN TO A LOCKED DOWN POSITION // SIGNOFF // INSPECTED MAIN AIRCRAFT DOOR FOR ANY DEFECTS. INSPECTED MED STRUTS FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGE, NO DEFECTS FOUND AND STRUTS HAD NO TENSION, WHILE THE MED DOOR WAS HALF WAY OPEN, INSPECTED MED DOOR CABLE AND FOUND NORMAL TENSION ON CABLE WHILE THE MED DOOR WAS HALF WAY OPEN. WHILE INSPECTING THE EXTERNAL SIDE OF THE MED DOOR FOUND EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE NOT COMPLETELY OPEN. RAISED THE MED DOOR WITH MY HAND AND COMPLETELY OPENED EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE AND MED DOOR OPENED COMPLETELY. OPS CHECK DOOR MULTIPLE TIME FROM INSIDE AND OUT, OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW CL,-350S MM 52·1HJO, 52·11·26, 52-11-41.
AT FL 400 THE AMBER WOW FAIL CAS MESSAGE CAME ON NUMEROUS TIMES FOLLOWED BY THE CYAN LT AND RT ENGINES FAULTS CAS MESSAGE AND THE CYAN STAB TRIM FAULT, SPOILER FAULT AND PROXIMITY SYS FAULT. THE LANDING GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY AND NO BRAKING ISSUES ON LANDING. WE TAXIED TO THE RAMP UNDER OUR OWN POWER. REMOVED AND REPLACED PROXIMITY SENSOR ELECTRONIC UNIT DUE TO THE CAS MESSAGES. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. OPS CHECKED GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 32-61-09-000-801, 32-61-09-400-801, AND 32-61-09-720-801.
HOT OIL SMELL CAME INTO CABIN DURING CLIMB. INDICATED AIRSPEED 215 KNOTS, CLIMBING 100 FT PER MINUTE THRU 41,700 FT. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL (OIL, HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRICAL). INSPECTED ENGINE, APU, AND ACM OIL LEVELS. ALL INDICATE FULL. REMOVED PLUMBING FROM ACM TURBINE. NO OIL NOTED. CLEANED PLUMBING AND REINSTALLED. REMOVED COALESCER SOCKS AND FOUND VERY DIRTY. CLEANED SOCKS AND REINSTALLED. OPERATED APU FOR 1 HOUR WITH BLEEDS ON. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPERATED BOTH ENGINES AT DIFFERENT POWER SETTINGS FOR 30 MINUTES. NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK ACCOMPLISHED PER CESSNA 650 MM 21-50-02, 21-60-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHEN APU BLEED AIR VALVE SWITCH IS TURNED ON HOT NOXIOUS AIR RUMBLES INTO CABIN AT AN OVER COMPENSATING RATE. REMOVED LEAKING PAX ACM AND INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED UNIT, REMOVED 2 COALESCER SOCKS AND INSTALLED 2 NEW SOCKS. LEAK CHECK GOOD, ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CE650 MM CHAPTER 21-50-01.
AFTER DRAINING FUEL SUMPS DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION . NOTICED 5 DRAIN VALVES LEAKING. REPLACED O-RINGS. O-RINGS FOUND TO BE CRACKED, O-RINGS THAT ARE RESISTANT TO FUEL SHOULD BE USED.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR CONNECTOR PINS FOUND TO BE RECESSED EXCESSIVELY. DEFECT FOUND DURING INSPECTION OF BATTERY. THIS CONDITION PROVIDES ONLY MINIMAL CONTACT BETWEEN MATING PINS.
