BRAKE FAILURE UPON TAXI OUT. USED EMER BRAKE TO STOP ON TAXI WAY. BRAKE FLUID CAME FROM NOSE GEAR.
AT FLIGHT LEVEL 410 AIRCRAFT HAD UN-COMMANDED SLOW PITCH DOWN AT 15 DEGREES. PILOT INITIATED PROPER EMERGENCY PROCEDURE AND THEN MADE PRECAUTIONARY LANDING.
AIRCRAFT BRAKES FAILED ON GROUND WHILE TAXING WITH ANTI-SKID ACTIVATED, DEACTIVATED ANTI-SKID SYSTEM BRAKES WORKED NORMALLY AS THEY WOULD WITHOUT ANTI-SKID. FERRIED AIRCRAFT TO HOME BASE AND FURTHER TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND RIGHT MAIN GEAR SAFETY SWITCH DEFECTIVE. REPLACED SWITCH WITH NEW AND OPS CHECKED OK.
DIFFICULTY OCCURRED UPON DESCENT. PILOT RECEIVED A WARNING PITCH TRIM WAS NOT SYNCHRONIZED WITH AUTOPILOT SYSTEM AND TO PREPARE FOR RESISTANCE WHEN AUTOPILOT IS DISCONNECTED. PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE IN THE EMERGENCY MODE/AUTOPILOT MODE. REPLACED PITCH TRIM UNIT AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THIS AIRCRAFT WAS LAST INSPECTED ON 11-9-06 AT 1408.6 TT.
