INSPECTION IN MX DISCOVERED THE RETAINER IN THE END OF THE STEERING BARREL HAD BROKEN CAUSING THE CONTENTS OF THE BARRELL ASSY TO SHIFT, WHICH IN TURN IMPEDED DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE NOSE WHEEL STEERING ASSY.
