ON OPENING MAIN DOOR, RED HANDLE DOES NOT GO FULLY DOWN & RESULTING IN SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT WITH DOOR TO FUSELAGE. CREW CAN MOVE HANDLE DOWN MANUALLY & HANDLE WILL MOVE BY ITSELF & SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT. OPENED MAIN DOOR FROM OUTSIDE & NOTICED MAIN DOOR DID NOT TOUCH FUSELAGE. RED HANDLE ALL THE WAY DOWN WHEN DOOR IS FULLY LOWERED. INSPECTED & CHKD OPEN LOCK LEVER ON AFT SIDE OF MAIN DOOR FOR STIFFNESS BY EXERCISING OPEN LOCK LEVER. NOTICED OPEN LOCK LEVER SQUEAKING & FELT RESISTANCE INDICATING HINGE LOCK LATCHING ASSY MAY BE STUCK, CAUSING MAIN DOOR CONTACT FUSELAGE. REMOVED AIR STAIR ASSY FROM MAIN DOOR & VISUALLY INSPECTED LATCHES & STOPS. STOPS ENGAGED IN HOOKS. LUBED MAIN ENTRY DOOR OPEN LOCK LEVER ASSY & HOOKS. EXERCISED OPEN LOCK LEVER & NOTICED OPEN LOCK LEVER NOT SQUEAKING & NO RESISTANCE FELT. INSTALLED AIR STAIR ASSY BACK ON MAIN DOOR. POWERED UP ACFT WITH A GPU & PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHK OF MAIN DOOR. MAIN DOOR DOES NOT CONTACT FUSELAGE WHEN FULLY LOWERED & STOPS ENGAGED IN HOOKS. DOOR OPS CHECK PASSED. AIR STAIR LIGHTS OPS CHECK PASSED. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 52-11-00, 52-11-31, & 12-22-00.
L ENG A/ICE FAIL ON CYAN EICAS ILLUMINATED DURING DEPARTURE. QRH PROCEDURE ACCOMPLISHED. NO AMBER T2 INDICATION. A/ICE SYNOPTIC L ENG A/ICE VALVE STUCK IN THE ON POSITION. REPEAT WRITE UP. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED SUSPECTED FAULTY THERMAL ANTI ICE VALVE AND REPLACED WITH NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED THERMAL ANTI ICE VALVE IN REF TO CL-350 AMM 30-21-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THERMAL ANTI ICE VALVE PN ON/OFF - WBG3020G103-003 SN OFF - 0425 SN ON - 1942. TORQUE WRENCH USED TL- 105318, CAL DUE -5/19/26
REPEAT WRITE UP. WHEN DOOR OPEN IT WILL NOT FULLY OPEN AND WHEN YOU PUT WEIGHT ON IT, IT WILL DROP 2-3 INCHES. ATTEMPTED TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY AND SAW DOOR STICK AFTER A FEW CYCLES, ATTEMPTED TO LUBRICATE DOOR WITH SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT AND ISSUE STILL PRESENT. MEASURED BOTH TELESCOPIC STRUTS AND FOUND AFT TELESCOPIC STRUT TO BE SHORT. LOOKED INTO AFT STRUT FURTHER & FOUND SLIGHT BEND PRESENT & EVIDENT WHEN DOOR WAS STICKING. LOOKING DOSE TO BOTTOM & OF STRUT LIKELY CAUSED BY IMPROPER ADJUSTMENT OVER TIME. REMOVED AND REPLACED OF MED AFT TELESCOPIC STRUT. OPS CHECKS GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-11-41. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
LEFT ENGINE ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL: AT LIFT OFF, AS POWER WAS REDUCED FROM THE TAKEOFF DETENT, 3 POPS AND YAW TO THE LEFT ASSOCIATED WITH LEFT N1 ROLL BACK. FURTHER POWER REDUCTION THE ENGINE RESPONDED NORMALLY. HAD OBSERVED A 50 DEGREE ITT SPLIT, HIGHER TEMPS ON THE LEFT, 30 LBS MORE FF.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, ACCOMPLISHED AIR TURN BACK.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT ON TAKEOFF.
GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND CYCLED LANDING GEAR. FOUND HYDRAULIC FITTING AT NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR LEAKING EXCESSIVELY. REPLACED O-RING AT NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR RETRACT PORT FITTING AND COMPLIED WITH GEAR SWING FUNCTIONAL TESTS IAW MFG MM. SERVICED HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR WITH BRAYCO.
HYD LOW ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED 1 HOUR AFTER TAKEOFF AT FL 390. HYD VOLUME INDICATED =160 CU IN VOLUME CONTINUED TO DECREASE TO 100 CU IN AND HYD PRESS LOW ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND AND HAD TO BE BLOWN DOWN VIA EMERG EXTENSION CHECKLIST. INSPECTION AFTER LANDING REVEALED HYD FLUID OVER THE AFT END OF AIRCRAFT, INCLUDING THE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AND HELL HOLE. FOUND LT ENG HYD. PUMP LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYD. PUMP. PERFORMED ENG. RUN. OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD IAW CE 650 MM CHAP. 29-10-04.
GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND, ATTEMPTED SECOND TIME AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES LEFT AND RIGHT MAINS EXTENDED. THEN AFTER 30 OR SO SECONDS NOSE CAME DOWN. TROUBLESHOT PROBLEM TO LANDING GEAR CONTROLLER. INSTALLED REPAIRED LANDING GEAR CONTROLLER. PERFORMED TIMED EXTEND RETRACT TEST. CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED LOGIC MODULE CIRCUIT TEST. CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR ADJUSTMENT TEST CHECKED GOOD WORK DONE IAW CHAP 32-46-00 OF THE CE650 MM.
DURING INSPECTION, NOTICED FUEL LEAKING ON FLOOR. FOUND SUMP DRAIN VALVE LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING. THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM. O-RING MATERIAL SEEMS TO HAVE RADIAL CRACKS AND LOOKS TO BE DRY ROTTED. NEEDS FUEL RESISTANCE MATERIAL.
ON FINAL APPROACH, LEFT MAIN GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT DIDN'T ILLUMINATE. CHECKED DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHTS, THE LIGHTS LIT WHEN TESTED. EMERGENCY DECLARED, AND AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY.
