MAIN DOOR: WHEN OPENING THE MED FROM THE INSIDE, A SHARP, METALLIC POP IS HEARD AFTER THE VENT DOOR HAS OPENED AND AS THE LEVER STARTS TO ENGAGE THE DOOR TO RAISE IT OUT OF ITS TRACKS. THE SOUNDS SEEMS TO COME FROM THE BASE OF THE LEVER HANDLE INSIDE THE HOUSING.
MAIN DOOR: TRIED TO OPEN MAIN DOOR TO LET PAX OFF AC, IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO RAISE THE HANDLE. FINALLY GOT THE DOOR OPEN, HOWEVER, UNABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. IT SEEMS LIKE THERE IS SOMETHING STICKING INSIDE OF THE DOOR. CORRECTIVE ACTION: ADJUSTED RIGGING OF THE MAIN CABIN DOOR DETENT ASSEMBLY ROLLERS. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL350 AMM 52-11-05

THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE LOCK NEEDS EVALUATION. WHEN DOOR IS LOCKED, A GREEN FLAG IS DISPLAYED IN HANDLE WINDOW. WHEN DOOR IS LOCKED, A GREEN FLAG DISPLAYED IN THE INDICATOR WINDOW IS A NORMAL OPERATION IAW AMM 52-11-00.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE RIGHT ENGINE LOST APPROXIMATELY 1% N1 FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. THIS SAME LOSS WAS REPEATED AN ADDITIONAL TWO TIMES DURING CRUISE. THESE 1% LOSSES WERE FOLLOWED BY A 15% LOSS (85.3% TO 70%) OF RIGHT ENGINE N1. DURING DESCENT, R FADEC FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED. RIGHT ENGINE OPERATED NORMALLY DURING DESCENT, APPROACH, AND LANDING. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF RIGHT ENGINE INLET AND EXHAUST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. FAN SPINS FREELY. POWERED AIRCRAFT NOTING R ENGINE MINOR FAULT AND R FADEC FAIL CAS NOT ACTIVE. PERFORMED LEFT AND RIGHT ENGINE EEC DOWNLOAD SENT FOR REVIEW. PERFORM FIM TROUBLESHOOTING FOR MCID'S 110, 111, 117, 118. OPENED RIGHT ENGINE COWLS AND ACCESSED RIGHT ENGINE EEC'S AND HMU AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED WIRING CHECKS PER FIM FOR MCID'S 110, 111, 117, 118 AND SUBMITTED RESULTS FOR REVIEW. FOLLOWING REVIEW OF WIRING CHECKS WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE THE RIGHT ENGINE HMU. GAINED ACCESS TO HMU BY OPENING RIGHT ENGINE LOWER COWL. REMOVED FAULTY RIGHT HAND ENGINE HMU, INSTALLED OVERHAULED RIGHT ENGINE HMU. POWEREA AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED A RIGHT ENGINE WET MOTORING PROCEDURE IAW LMM SUBTASK 72-00-00-700-009-A0L. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN PROCEDURE FOR LEAK CHECK IAW LMM SUBTASK 72-00-00-700-010-A0L WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
WITH THE BLEEDS ON, A BURNING ODOR CAN BE SMELLED IN THE COCKPIT AT LOWER ALTITUDES. ECS SYSTEM IN AUTO & MANUAL TEMP SELECTED TO BELOW 20C, COCKPIT DUCT TEMP SHOWED 43C. CABIN SET AT SAME SETTING DUCT TEMP SHOWED 16C. COCKPIT DUCT CONSISTENTLY INDICATES HOTTER TEMPS THAN CABIN FOR SAME SETTING. POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND PRESSURIZED THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IAW AMM 21-00-00. OPENED ALL COCKPIT AND CABIN GASPERS AND FOUND OLD PLATE OF FOOD UNDERNEATH COPILOT SEAT. REMOVED FOD AS REQUIRED. SELECTED COCKPIT AND CABIN TEMP TO FULL HOT IN AUTO MODE AND ALLOWED DUCT TEMPS TO RISE. NOTED HOT AIR BLOWING FROM COCKPIT GASPERS AND DUCT TEMPS STEADILY CLIMBING. GAINED ACCESS TO IASC 1 AND IASC 2 LRU OPERATIONS PAGE IN THE MDC AND MONITORED TEMP SENSOR STATUS, BLEED VALVE POSITION STATUS, AND PRESSURE SENSOR STATUSES CHECKING FOR ANY ERRONEOUS FLUCTUATIONS OR COMMANDS TO THE VALVES OR SENSORS. NONE NOTED AT THIS TIME. CHECKED MDC FAULT HISTORY FOR ANY IASC RELATED FAULTS, ACTIVE OR HISTORICAL, NONE NOTED AT THIS TIME PERTAINING TO THIS EVENT. STARTED LT AND RT ENGINES !AW AMM 71-00-00 AND SELECTED APU BLEED AIR TO OFF TO ISOLATE ENGINE BLEED AIR FROM THE APU. AGAIN SET TEMP COMMAND TO FULL HOT AND TESTED IN BOTH AUTO AND MANUAL MODE OF COMMAND FOR BURNING SMELLS, NONE NOTED. TEMPS MOVE STEADILY AS COMMANDED WITH NO ERRONEOUS SPLIT OR RISE IN TEMP. AIR COMING FROM GASPERS IS NOTED TO BE HOT AIR. TEMP COMMANDED FULL COLD, MONITORED DUCT AND ZONE TEMP AND NOTED SMOOTH TEMPERATURE DROPS. POWERED DOWN AIRCRAFT AND GAINED ACCESS TO AND INSPECTED COCKPIT DUCT TEMP SENSOR. COMPLIED WITH BAS FSR REQUEST AND REPOSITIONED LT AND RT HOT-AIR REGULATING SHUT OFF VALVES. REMOVED RT HOT AIR REGULATING SOV AND REPOSITIONED IN THE LT POSITION IAW AMM 21-61-05, LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. REMOVED LT HOT AIR REGULATING SOV.
