Maintenance disclosures
DURING OUR FIRST FLIGHT OF THE DAY, WHEN WALKING UP TO THE AIRCRAFT AND ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR, THE DOOR HANDLE WOULD LIFT UP SLIGHTLY AND THEN BECOME STUCK. WE COULD NOT MOVE IT ANY FURTHER AND WE WERE AFRAID THAT BY APPLYING MUCH MORE PRESSURE THAT THE INTERNAL LINKAGE WOULD BREAK. WE ALSO WERE ABLE TO ACCESS THE AIRCRAFT THROUGH THE BAGGAGE DOOR TO ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE AICRAFT FROM THE INSIDE. WE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AS WELL. THE HANDLE WOULD LIFT PART WAY AND WOULD NOT LIFT UP ANY FURTHER. PERFORMED A VISUAL OF THE EXTERIOR DOOR; NO DEFECTS NOTED. WE WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR WITH LITTLE FORCE. WE DISPLACED THE STEPS TO SEE THE DOOR HANDLE ROTATING ASSEMBLY. WE OPEN/CLOSED THE PASSENGER DOOR SEVERAL TIMES WHILE VISUALLY INSPECTING THE DOOR ASSEMBLY. WE FOUND NO DEFECTS ON THE DOOR BUT RECOMMEND LUBRICATING THE DOOR. CA 09/17/25 ACCOMPLISHED LUBRICATION ON THE PASSENGER DOOR IAW CL-350 AMM 12-22-00 NO DEFECTS NOTED
IN FLIGHT CLIMBING FROM 29000 TO 35000 FT WE SMELLED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING TYPE SMELL AND HAD A RED CAS MSG PACK LEAK. WE RAN THE QRH CHECKLIST AND GOT A A/C TEMP HI AMBER CAS. WE LANDED WITHOUT EVENT. I BELIEVE THIS IS A REPEAT WRITE UP. WHILE AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED AND SYSTEM RUNNING AND TECHS IN AFT EQUIPMENT COMPARTMENT IT WAS FOUND THE LOWER PRECOOLER INLET DUCT WAS LEAKING(REF ITEM 6.3) AND THE PRECOOLER INLET HEADER WAS LEAKING FROM THE FLANGE(REF ITEM 7) WE ALSO FOUND THE PRECOOLER OUTLET HEADER FLANGE LEAKING (REF ITEM) ALL LEAKS HAVE BEEN SEALED WITH NO ELECTRICAL OR BURNING SMELL PRESENT DURING OPS/LEAK CHECKS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM. ALL OPS CHECK COMPLIED WITH NO FAULT FOUND.
IN CRUISE AT FL260 AND 310KTS. EXCESSIVE RIGHT WING TRIM REQUIRED FOR STRAIGHT AND LEVEL. AT LOWER ALTUTUDE AND SLOWER SPEEDS LESS RIGHT AILERON TRIM REQUIRED PERFORMED RIGGING OF THE LH AILERON BALANCE GEARED-TAB IN REFERENCE TO AMM 27-11-21-220-801. ADJUSTED LT AILERON BALANCE GEARED-TAB TO 0.108" INCH TEU. PERFORMED RIGGING OF THE RT AILERON BALANCE GEARED-TAB IAW AMM 27-11-21-220-801. ADJUSTED RT AILERON BALANCE GEARED-TAB TO 0.108" INCH. PERFORMED RIGGING OF THE AILERON POSITION SENSOR IAW AMM 27-11-13-820-801 PERFORMED RIGGING CHECK OF THE AILERON POSITION SENSOR USING IAW AMM 27-11-13-220-801 ALL OPS TESTED GOOD.
AMBER PRI STAB TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED AT APPROXIMATELY 4000' AND 10MILES FROM THE AIRPORT ON AN APPROACH. A SLIGHT NOSE DOWN PRESSURE WAS FELT ONCE AP WAS DISCONNECTED. NO ISSUES WITH SECONDARY SELECTED. REPLACED MCU IAW CL-350 AMM 27-41-13. OPS CHECK GOOD.
REPEAT WRITE-UP. AFTER DEPARTURE AND SELECTED GEAR UP EVERTHING SOUNDED NORMAL EXCEPT THE NOSE GEAR WAS SHOWING UP AND THE LEFT AND RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATORS WERE SHOWING GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED. THEN WE RECEIVED THE AMBER GEAR DISAGREE CASS MESSAGE. SHORTLY AFTER THAT WE ALSO RECEIVED A CYAN PROX FAULT CASS MESSAGE. A FEW MINUTES LATER BOTH MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATORS WENT FROM GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED TO UP AND BOTH CASS MESSAGES WENT AWAY. WE COMPLETED THE QRH CHECKLIST AND SELECTED GEAR DOWN. THE LANDING GEAR EXTENDED AS NORMAL AND WE RETURNED TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT WITHOUT ISSUE. B3-007440 CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL350 MM 32-31-01.
RIGHT MLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: AFTER DEPARTURE AND SELECTED THE GEAR UP . EVERYTHING SOUNDED LIKE A NORMAL GEAR RETRACTION, HOWEVER ONLY THE NOSE GEAR WAS SHOWING UP WITH BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATORS INDICATING GREEN DOWN AN LOCKED, THEN WE RECEIVED THE AMBER CASS MESSAGES : WOW FAIL AND GEAR DISAGREE WHILE LEVELING OFF AT 9000' AND ABOUT FIVE MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT THE LEFT LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR WENT FROM SHOWING DOWN AND LOCKED GREEN TO UP WHILE THE RIGHT WAS STILL SHOWING DOWN AND LOCKED GREEN... AT THIS POINT THE WOW FAIL CASS MESSAGES WENT AWAY AND WAS REPLACED WITH A CYAN PROX FAULT MESSAGE ALONG WITH THE AMBER GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE. AFTER COMPLETING THE QRH CHECKLIST AND EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR, ALL CASS MESSAGES DISAPPEARED , RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT UNEVENTFULLY. WHILE THE CASS MESSAGES WERE POSTED , WAS ABLE TO PULL THE FOLLOWING B3 CODE... B3-007492 CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED PSEU. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CL-350 AMM 32-61-09
LAV EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: LIGHTED LAVATORY "EXIT" SIGN DOES NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN THE REST OF THE INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT LAV EXIT SIGN IAW CL350 SMM TASK 33-51-05-400-801 REV1 COMPLIED WITH OPS OF EXIT SIGN IAW CL350 SMM TASK 33-50-00-710-801 REV1 NO DEFECTED NOTED. INSTALLED PART IS NEW.
