GEAR DOWN GREEN LIGHTS ILLUMINATED NORMALLY. VISUAL INSPECTION ON NOSE GEAR CENTER SPRINGS WAS NORMAL! BOTH PRE FLIGHT AND POST FLIGHT!ARES DOWN LOAD PERFORMED. REMOVED NLG SQUAT SWITCH IAW MM 32-60-10. 2025-05-28 02:02:38 INSTALLED NEW SQUAT SWITCH PN 6948001-2 IAW MM 32-60-10 AND COMPLETED POST MAINTENANCE CHECKS. RIGGED SWITCH IAW MM 32-60-00. GEAR CLEARANCE AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ABOVE SEAT 3 DOESN'T ILLUMINATE WITH THE SWITCH IN THE ARMED POSITION WITH THE OTHER EMERCENCY LIGHTS. REVIEWED FLIGHT MANUAL CHECK AND AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATIONS. SPOKE WITH CESSNA TECH SUPPORT AND VERIFIED EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATION WITH SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION WITH BATTERIES UNPLUGGED. SYSTEM CHECKS NORMAL. PLACED RELAY KF125 ON ORDER WITH MCC. REMOVED CO PILOTS SEAT AND COCKPIT SIDE PANEL. REMOVED RELAY KF125 PN M83536/15-022L AND INSTALLED A NEW RELAY KF125 PN M83536/15-022L. OPS CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK IAW CE700 MM 24-60-45. INSTALLED A REPAIRED BATTERY UNIT PN CBS28-1 SN 006146.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT PASS THE TEST DURING POWER ON CHECKLIST. IN THE ON POSITION ALL EMER LIGHTS ARE ON. IN THE ARM POSITION, ALL EMER LIGHTS ARE OFF WHEN THEY SHOULD BE ON UNTIL L BATT AND R BATT ARE TURNED ON. VERIFIED, WITH EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN 'ARM' LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE. LIGHTS DO ILLUMINATE WITH SWITCH IN 'ON' POSITION, WITH BOTH MAIN BATTERIES CONNECTED AND DISCONNECTED. RELAY KF126 MUST BE CLOSED FOR 'ARM' CIRCUIT TO OPERATE. NOTED RELAY SEEMS TO OPERATE WHEN POWER IS APPLIED TO AIRCRAFT. REMOVED PLACED IN-LINE WITH RELAY BREAKOUT BOX. GOOD POWER PRESENT AT COIL TERMINALS. CHECKED CONTACTS A1,A2, & A3 FOR CONTINUITY, OPERATION AND CONTINUITY IS GOOD. CHECKED 'ARM' OPERATION, LIGHTS NOW ILLUMINATE. REMOVED RELAY BREAKOUT BOX, INSTALLED RELAY, AND CHECKED 'ARM' OPERATION, LIGHTS NOW ILLUMINATE. SUSPECT RELAY WAS STUCK OPEN AND REMOVAL SHOOK IT LOOSE. SUBSEQUENT OPS CHECKS SHOW RELAY IS INTERMITTENT.
STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR WAS NOTED. DENSE SMOKE CAME OUT COMBINED WITH STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR WHEN CREW OPENED ELECTRICAL COMPARTMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAILED COMPRESSOR MOTOR ASSY, DRYER & DRIVE BELT FOR A/C PALLET IAW MM 21-00-07 & MM 21-52-00. SYS LEAK & OPS CHECKED GOOD.
MAIN ENTRY DOOR THRESHOLD IS CRACKED. REPLACED CRACKED THRESHOLD WITH NEW INNER THREASHOLD. WORK ACCOMPLISHED PER SRM 51-30-03, 51-30-06, 51-40-09.
WHILE TAXIING FOR 1ST FLIGHT CREW COULD HEAR INTERMITTENT GROANING TYPE OF NOISE IN NOSE GEAR AREA WHILE MAKING LEFT, RIGHT TURNS AND HEADING STRAIGHT AHEAD. BRAKING APPEARED NORMAL AND DIDN'T EFFECT NOISE. NOSE STRUT AND TIRE LOOK NORMAL. RUDDER STEERING SEEMED NORMAL. FOUND NOSE STEERING BUNGEE ASSY. MAKING NOISE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BUNGEE ASSY. WITH A NEW UNIT OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY, IAW CE-560E M/M 32-51-00.
NOTICED A ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR. NO SMOKE, NO TRIPPED CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND NO MALFUNCTIONS. ODOR DID DECREASE IN INTENSITY, BUT LINGERED FOR THE REST OF FLIGHT, ABOUT 10 MINUTES. OPENED DOOR & DID NOT NOTICE AN ODOR IN CABIN OR COCKPIT. POWERED UP ACFT WITH AVIONICS POWER ON AND TURNED ON NECESSARY LIGHTS FOR APPROX 45 MINUTES. NO ODOR IN COCKPIT. RAN OP SYS WITH POWER CART WITH AVIONICS ON AND ENGINES RUNNING WITH HEAT SELECTED TO FULL HOT APPROX 1 HR, NO BURNING ODOR. POWERED DOWN ACFT AND INSPECTED UNDER INSTRUMENT PANEL & OPEN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS ON RT & LT SIDE, NO DISCREPANCIES. INSPECTED CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS IAW MM 24-50-02. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
"LO BRK PRESS" AND "ANTI SKID INOP" ANNUCIATORS ILLUMINATED AFTER LANDING AND BRAKES FAILED ON RUNWAY AT LOW SPEED. EMER BRAKE USED TO STOP ON RUNWAY AND ACFT TOWED OFF BY TUG. NO CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. BRAKE RESERVOIR FLUID INDICATES FULL. NO VISIBLE FLUID FOUND ON POST FLIGHT. PUMP DOES NOT NOW RUN WHEN TURNING THE BATTERY SWITCH ON. R & R ANTI-SKID BRAKE PUMP IAW MM 32-42-06. PUMP OPS CHECKED GOOD. R & R LANDING GEAR CONTROL SWITCH S112B IAW WIRING DIAGRAM MANUAL 20-10-06. SWITCH OPS CHECKED GOOD. R & R RELAY K74 IAW WIRING DIAGRAM MANUAL 32-40-01. RELAY OPS CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEED IAW MM 32-42-00. BRAKE SYS OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CLIMBING THROUGH FL340, 17 MINUTES INTO FLIGHT, AMBER HEADING MISCOMPARE ILLUMINATED RT SIDE WAS 7 DEGREES HIGHER THAN LT. CONTINUED CLIMB TO FL400 WHILE ACCOMPLISHING EVERYTHING ON THE OCF SHEET WITH NO CHANGE TO DISCREPANCY. RT SIDE CONTINUED TO PRECESS AS FOLLOWS AT FL345 +12 FL400 +15 DESCENDING FL360 +22 FL 220 +32 11000 +23 9000 +21 3000 +11 3000 +10 AMBER HDG EXTINGUISHES 1500 +4 SHUT DOWN +1 NOTES: TURNING STUFF OFF IAW OCF SHEET HAD NO EFFECT, LT OR RT TURNS CLIMB OR DESCENT VARYING SPEEDS HAD NO EFFECT. LT SIDE ALWAYS AGREED WITH GPS & WHISKEY COMPASS HEADING. USED MANUAL SLAVE TO CORRECT RT SIDE TO THE LT. WHEN LET GO OF TOGGLE SWITCH RT SIDE WOULD GO BACK TO THE RT TO PREVIOUS ERROR. RT SIDE WALKS OUT OF ALIGNMENT TO THE RT THEN SLOWLY WALKS BACK IN, THE LOWER YOU GET.
HDG MISCOMPARE LIGHT ILLUMINATED CLIMBING THROUGH FL370. DISAGREED BY 35-40 DEGREES. STARTED TO ALIGN IN A TURN, CONTINUED TO DIVERGE AFTER TURN BUT ONLY DISAGREED BY 20 DEGREES UNTIL LANDING. LOGO LIGHTS DID NOT APPEAR TO AFFECT.
DURING A PHASE 1-4 INSPECTION, NOTICED A RUST STAIN COMING FROM THE LOWER RUDDER BEARING PLATE ASSY (LOWEST HINGE POINT). UPON DISASSEMBLE, FOUND THE DRAIN HOLE FROM THE RUDDER TORQUE TUBE WAS DRAINING INTO THE LOWER BEARING PLATE ASSY. THIS IS DUE TO A NEW DESIGN OF THE PLATE ASSY, THE NEW ONE IS BEEFED UP AND HAS A BUILT UP AREA AROUND THE BEARING, THAT DIRECTS WATER TO THE BEARING, UNLIKE THE PREVIOUS DESIGN THAT WAS A FLAT PLATE AND ALLOWED WATER TO DRAIN AWAY FROM THE BEARING. SERVICE CONDITION REPORT HAS BEEN FILED WITH MFG UNDER NR 305034.
LOST BRAKE PRESSURE DURING LANDING ROLL. CONFIRMED N2 PRESSURE AT BOTH PILOT STATIONS. USED EMER PRESS LEVER TO STOP.
BRAKE PEDALS WENT SOFT AND MUSHY ON CAPT AND CO-PILOTS SIDE ON LANDING. FOUND LEAKING B-NUT LEFT BRAKE. RE-TIGHTENED B-NUT AND BLED BRAKES BOTH SIDES IAW CE560 MM CH 32-42-01. OPS CHECK GOOD ON GROUND. DID FIND AIR IN LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES WHILE BLEEDING.
DURING TAKEOFF POWER UP, LT FUEL BOOST PUMP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. TAKEOFF ROLL WAS STARTED AND ABORTED.
WENT TO LOWER THE GEAR AND THE LEFT MAIN GREEN LIGHT NEVER ILLUMINATED. ALSO HAD A RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT, A WARNING HORN AND THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATOR STAYED ILLUMINATED. APPROX 2 TO 3 MIN LATER THE LEFT MAIN CAME DOWN BY ITSELF AND ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. JACKED A/C FOR GEAR SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING. READ OUT RESISTANCE OF LEFT DOWN AND LOCKED SWITCH AND FREEZE SWITCH. RESISTANCE ACROSS SWITCH CONTACT -0 OHMS-. CHECKED GEAR CONTROL AND GEAR MONITOR ECB FOR VISUAL DEFECTS AND SEATING IN SOCKET, NO FAULTS FOUND. CYCLED GEAR REPEATEDLY AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL, NO FAULTS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CE 560 M/M 32-01011-712 AND CE 560 M/M 32-30-0101.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, WINDSHIELD HEAT AND MASTER WARNING ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. VALVES WERE CLOSED AND SWITCHES WERE OFF. - RAN AIRCRAFT AND DUPLICATE SQUAWK. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLEED AIR VALVE IAW 560 MM CH 30-41-00.
