LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP MOTOR. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT CRUISE ALTITUDE RIGHT ENGINE ROLLED BACK FOLLOWED BY ENGINE VIBRATION AND ENGINE GENERATOR OFF LINE. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO KDOV. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE STARTER GENERATOR AND FUEL CONTROL UNIT. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. CREW REQUESTED DESCENT TO FL230 DUE TO LIGHT CHOP IN CABIN AND SMELL OF SMOKE. DURING DESCENT COCKPIT AND CABIN BEGAN TO FILL WITH SMOKE. RAN CHECKLIST, COCKPIT AND CABIN MASKED DEPLOYED AND DIVERTED TO KTUL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AFT CABIN BLOWER. SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CLIMBING OUT OF DEPARTURE, CREW HEARD POPPING NOISE AND SMELLED A CHEMICAL ODOR. ACFT DIVERTED BACK TO DEPARTURE. ACFT LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE COCKPIT PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER DISCHARGED. THE CABIN PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS PLACED IN COCKPIT, THE DISCHARGED FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS REMOVED FROM THE ACFT AND SENT TO MFG FOR EVALUATION/INVESTIGATION. THE CABIN PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS DEFERRED IAW MEL.

CREW FELT SNAP IN RUDDER PEDALS WHILE TAXIING, FOLLOWED BY NOSE WHEEL STEERING INOPERATIVE. REPLACED A DEFECTIVE NOSE STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY. RUDDER & TAXI SYS OPERATIONS CHECKS WERE GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
UPON LANDING BOTH LT MAIN TIRES BLEW OUT. R & R ALL 4 MLG WHEEL & TIRE ASSEMBLIES. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL 260 & COMMENCING THE CRUISE PHASE OF FLIGHT, PAXS REPORTED A BURNING SMELL POSSIBLY COMING FROM THE VENTS IN THE CABIN. AT THE SAME TIME THE, RT BLEED FAIL, ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AN EMER LANDING WAS DECLARED & THE ACFT RETURNED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLE SHOT & FOUND A SEPARATED DUCT ON THE FLAPPER VLV ASSEMBLY UNDER CABIN FLOOR. THE HEAT FROM THE SEPARATED DUCT CAUSED THE BLEED SENSE LINE TO FAIL. SECURED THE SEPARATED DUCT & REPLACED THE BLEED AIR SENSE LINE. SYS OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
