LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND, HYDR CAWS ILLUMINATED, PERFORMED QRH, GEAR EXTENDED. THE ACFT MADE AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. THE HYD POWER PACK MOTOR PN 960.30.02.104 & HYD POWER RELAY PN 974.09.26.112 WERE FOUND FAULTY, R & R. THE HYD SYS WAS FOUND TO FUNCTIONALLY TEST GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND IAW 12-A-29-00-00-00A-903A-A.

AFTER DEPARTING, THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED HYD CAWS IN FLIGHT. HYD CB POPPED SHORTLY AFTER GEAR SELECTED UP. THE LG WAS VISUALLY INSPECTED, FUNCTIONAL TEST COMPLETED OF NORMAL & EMERGENCY EXTENSION & RETRACTION SYSTEMS IAW AMM 12-A-32-30-00-00A-903A-A. NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND.

DURING A ROUTINE HOT SECTION BOROSCOPE INSP, SEVERAL COMPRESSOR TURBINE BLADES WERE FOUND TO HAVE EROSION THAT EXTENDED INTO THE BLADE TIPS. ENGINE PERFORMANCE RUNS AS WELL AS CURRENT ECTM GRAPHS WERE NORMAL, NO HOT SECTION DETERIORATION WAS OBSERVED. THE POWER SECTION WAS REMOVED, HOT SECTION COMPONENTS INSPECTED AS NECESSARY. THE CT DISK WAS REPAIRED BY INSTALLING NEW CT BLADES 43 (EA). THE REPAIRED CT DISK ASSEMBLY WAS REINSTALLED INTO THE POWER SECTION. THE POWER SECTION WAS REINSTALLED AND ALL ASSOCIATED TESTS WERE ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO FURTHER FAULTS FOUND, ALL IAW AMM 12-A-72-10-00-00A-920A-A, 12-A-71-00-00-00A-903A-A AND EMM 72-50-01 ,72-50-02 AND 72-00-00.

AFTER DEPARTING, THE FLIGHT CREW WAS UNABLE TO MOVE THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE TO THE UP POSITION. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED SAFELY. THE ACFT FERRIED FOR MX. A FAULTY LT GEAR UP PROXIMITY SENOR WAS FOUND DURING TROUBLESHOOTING. THE SENSOR WAS R & R AND TESTED IAW AMM 12-A-32-10-00-00A-903A-A. OPS CHECKED GOOD.

(5APR) DURING A 100 HR INSP FOUND THE LT MAIN BRAKE OUTER DISK CRACKED. REMOVED BOTH LT AND RT MAIN BRAKE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLIES AND INSTALLED BRAKE AND WHEEL CONVERSION STC SA01376CH IAW STC INSTRUCTIONS.

DURING AN ANNUAL INSP, THE LT MAIN WHEEL WAS REMOVED TO REPACK THE WHEEL BEARINGS. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE OTBD BRAKE DISC ON THE LT BRAKE WAS BROKEN INTO 2 PIECES. THE BRAKE ASSY WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED.
