DISCREPANCY: THE CABIN AND COCKPIT EXPERIENCED A STRONG SMELL WATER HEATER LEFT AFT SIDE , OVERHEATED COFFEE POTS WERE REPORTED OVERHEATING WITH GALLEY POWER SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSPECTED PSU ROW 6,7,8 AX WIRING AS PER AMM 20-60-04 ALL WIRING IN GOOD CONDITION NO ABNORMALITIES FOUND. ACCOMPLISHED OPS CHECK OF COFFEE MAKER PER CMM 25-30-31. OPS CHECK NORMAL AT THIS TIME. INSPECTED LAV CABIN TEMP INDICATIONS PER AMM 25-24-00 INDICATIONS NORMAL, OPS CHECK NORMAL OF LEFT LAV PER AMM 38-11-61.
DISCREPANCY: FL 310 CLIMBING, CABIN BEGAN TO CLIMB UNCONTROLLABLY, RT PACK WENT TO ZERO. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED TROUBLE SHOOTING FOUND HEAVY PENUMATIC LEAK ON RIGHT ENGINE UNDER PRE COOLER VALVE. TIGHTEND SCNSING LINE, OPERATIONAL CHECK FOUND NORMAL. RT PACK WORKING OKAY IAW AMM 36-12-25 AND AMM 71-00-00.
AT FL 310 AND CLIMBING, CABIN PRESSURE UNCONTROLABLE RT PACK 0 PSI. LOCKED OUT RT PRSOV. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT PRSOV.
DISCREPANCY: RT GEAR RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH GEAR LEVER IN UP POSITION AFTER TAKE OFF. RECYCLED GEAR RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGIAN. ADJUSTED THE SENSOR TARGET OF RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR UP LOCK SENSOR. PERFORMED OPS CHECK AND TEST IAW AMM 32-61-21, AMM 32-61-00 AND AMM 32-32-00.

ACFT HAD EVIDENCE OF LIGHTNING STRIKE ON RADOME AND REPLACED. ACFT RECEIVED A LIGHTNING STRIKE INSPECTION IAW AMM 05-51-27. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING NR 1 FEEDER CABLE WAS FOUND BURNED AND WAS REPLACED RESTORING FULL ELECTRICAL FUNCTION.

DURING C CHECK AN ATTEMPT TO ACCOMPLISH SWIFT AIR ROUTINE OPS CHECK OF ESCAPE SLIDE SYS, THE L2 DOOR WAS SELECTED FOR DEPLOYMENT. WITH THE SLIDE IN PLACE AND THE GIRT BAR INSTALLED, THE DOOR WAS OPENED BUT THE SLIDE FAILED TO INFLATE. UPON INVESTIGATION OF THE SLIDE IT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE SAFETY PIN STILL INSTALLED, AFTER REMOVAL OF THE SAFETY PIN THE SLIDE OPERATED/INFLATED NORMAL.
DURING C-CHECK, AN ATTEMPT TO OPS CHECK L2 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE SYS, WITH THE SLIDE PLACE AND THE GIRT BAR INSTALLED THE DOOR WAS OPENED BUT THE SLIDE FAILED TO INFLATE. UPON INVESTIGATION OF THE SLIDE IT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE SAFETY PIN STILL INSTALLED, AFTER REMOVAL OF THE SAFETY PIN THE SLIDE OPERATED/INFLATED NORMAL.
WHILE PERFORMING INITIAL INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS OF AD 2011-23-05 FRAME LOCATION BS 500E BETWEEN S21L AND S20L AT THE 1.04-INCH DIAMETER WIRE CABLE HOLE. ACCOMPLISHED REPAIR PER AD INSTRUCTIONS, BOEING SB 737-53A1279 PART 3 AND 737-400 SRM 53-00-07 REPAIR 13.
