SHORTLY AFTER LINE CHECK, CREW O2 PRESSURE WAS AGAIN BELOW 1500PSI AFTER BEING SERVICED JUST PRIOR. DURING INSPECTION FOUND OXGEN BOTTLE VALVE DAMAGED AND LEAKING. BOTTLE REQUIRES REPLACE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CREW OXYGEN BOTTLE (5101HT) W/ REF TO ATR-A-35-11-10-01001-520A-A/720A-A. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION IN CHS, THE FO DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT HAND ENGINE COWLING ON THE NUMBER 2 ENGINE WAS MISSING. BOTH PRE FLIGHT INSPECTIONS BY BOTH CREW MEMBERS CONFIRMED THAT THE COWLING WAS ATTACHED PRIOR TO FLIGHT. THE COWLING APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF IN FLIGHT WITH SECONDARY DAMAGE SUSPECTED ON THE TOP OF THE ENGINE COWLING AND POSSIBLY THE LEADING EDGE OF THE WING. WE SUSPECT THE DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY SEVERE TURBULENCE DURING THE INITIAL CLIMB. UPON DISCOVERY OF THE MISSING COWLING, THE PIC WAS NOTIFIED, WHO THEN IMMEDIATELY INFORMED OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL.
DURING THE CLIMB TO CRUISE ALTITUDE, AT APPROXIMATELY FL190, THE CREW RECEIVED AN EXCESS CABIN ALTITUDE ALERT. AFTER PERFORMING THE ASSOCIATED QRH ITEMS, THE CREW NOTIFIED ATC, DESCENDED TO 10,000 FT, AND THE FLIGHT RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.

UPON ARRIVAL AT THE RAMP, HYD FLUID WAS FOUND ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ACFT . AFTER REPLACING THE AC HYD PUMP & PERFORMING THE OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECK, FOUND A CRACKED FITTING WHICH IS CURRENTLY BEING REPLACED.
FLIGHT 8277 EN-ROUTE, SMOKE IN COCKPIT. APPROX 60 MILES OUT, THE CREW DETECTED A STRONG SMOKE SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMER AS SMOKE BEGAN TO BUILD IN THE COCKPIT. WHILE RUNNING THRU THEIR CHECKLIST, FOR SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT, THE SMOKE LIFTED & THE CREW ELECTED TO CONTINUE TO THEIR DESTINATION. ACFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND THE INSULATION SHROUD ON THE ENTRY DUCT TO THE RT PACK WAS DAMAGED, AS WELL AS DAMAGED BEARINGS ON THE RT PACK. DEFERRED BOTH THE RT BLEED VLV & THE RT PACK. TURBINE COOLING EN-ROUTE. PERFORMED LEAK DETECTION WIRE CHECK & OPERATIONS CHECK. BOTH CHECKED GOOD. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
