CAS MESSAGE IN FLIGHT SPOILER FAIL OBD CLEARED MESSAGE AFTER LANDING. NOTICED ON FLIGHT CONTROL CHECK LEFT OUTBOURD SPOILER MOVED MUCH SLOWER THEN OTHERS. WHEN TAXING OUT AUTO TEST FAILED, DID MANUAL CHECK IT FAILED. WENT OUT SIDE WITH SPOILERS DEPLOYED AND INNER MOST FITTING IS LEAKING FLUID ON THE LEFT WING. REPAIRED HYD LEAK WITH REPLACEMENT FLEXIBLE LINES BETWEEN THE #2 SPOILER ACTUATOR & NR 2 SPOILER MANIFOLD. COMPLIED WITH LEAK CHKS, OPS CHECKS & BLEEDING OF NR 2 SPOILER ACTUATOR. CHECKED SERVICE OF HYD RESERVOIR GOOD. ALL MAINT WAS PERFORMED IAW AMM REV 12, 27-60-10 (REV 5) AND AMM 12-10-45 HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR - SERVICING
STAB TRIM SWITCH: WHILE DOING A NOISE ABABTEMENT TAKEOFF AMBER STAB TRIM SWITCH L MESSAGE DISPLAYED AND AIRCRAFT FELT LIKE IT PITCHED UP UNCONTROLABLY. REGAINED CONTROL AND LANDED BACK AT ORIGIN AIRPORT. ARES DATA WAS REVIEWED BY MANUFACTURER AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PILOTS STAB TRIM SWITCH WAS RECOMMENDED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PILOTS CONTROL WHEEL ELEVATOR TRIM SWITCH WITH NEW. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 27-40-30.

REMOVED #1 LH FWD EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK UC019 AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED BATTERY PACK IAW CE800 AMM 22-50-07 ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW CE700 AMM 33-50-00. SYSTEM IS OPERATING AS DISERVICED.

CRACK DAMAGE IS TYPICALLY SEEN ON THE TOP WEB PN: 7413133-10, LH DOUBLER PN: 7413133-15, RH DOUBLER PN: 7413133-16, AND FRAME PN: 7413133-60. TEMPORARY REPAIR ACCOMPLISHED IAW NETJETS DOCUMENT REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL SERVICES (RFTS) RFTS-106252 REV. 0. VALIDITY OF THE TEMPORARY REPAIR: 90 CALENDAR DAYS AND TEMPORARY REPAIR EXPIRATION: JUL 16, 2022.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: WITH BATTERIES DISCONNECTED AND EVERYTHING TURNED OFF, THE WING INSPECTION LIGHTS, THE FRONT EXIT SIGNS, SEAT LIGHTS AND AISLE LIGHTS REMAIN ON. *** CORRECTIVE ACTION *** FOUND FORWARD L/H INERTIA SWITCH TRIPPED. RESET INERTIA SWITCH AS REQUIRED. STARTED APU AND CHARGED THE EMERGENCY BATTERIES FOR 1.5 HOURS. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF EMERGENCY LIGHTING. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE-700 AMM 33-50-00.
PAX NOTED AFTER FLIGHT THAT LEFT AC OUTLET BECAME EXTREMELY HOT WHILE IN USE. STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR IN THE HELL HOLE AFTER PAX TOLD THE CREW OF THE OUTLET GETTING WARM. NO SMELL IN CABIN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT AC OUTLET WITH REPAIRED AC OUTLET ASSEMBLY IAW MM 25-90-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD. RAN LT AND RT ENGINES ON GROUND AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ELECTRICAL ODOR IN HELL HOLE. INSPECTED WIRING AND LT AS WELL AS RT ENGINE BLEED AIR DUCTS. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
REMOVED DIFFUSERS ON INBD AND OTBD LEADING EDGES AND REMOVED PICCOLO TUBE FROM OTBD LEADING EDGE. LOCATED AND MATCH DRILLED NEW MIDDLE AND OTBD DIFFUSER ON OTBD LEADING EDGE, AND NEW DIFFUSER TO INBD LEADING EDGE. INSTALLED INBD, NEW MIDDLE AND NEW OTBD DIFFUSER WITH PICCOLO TUBE TO OB L/E SKIN, AND NEW DIFFUSER TO INBD LEADING EDGE. RH LEADING EDGES, INBD AND OTBD DIFFUSERS HAVE SEVERAL CRACKS. LOCATED AND MATCH DRILLED NEW OTBD DIFFUSER. PERFORMED REPAIR TO TWO FASTENER HOLES AND CRACK IN MIDDLE DIFFUSER. INSTALLED INBD, MIDDLE AND NEW OTBD DIFFUSER WITH PICCOLO TUBE TO L/E SKIN. WORK DONE IAW SRM 57-40-01, AND 51-30-03.
AT 41000 FT HEARD 3 LOUD BANGS ACCOMPANIED BY ACM OVERHEAT & EMER PRESS ANNUNCIATORS. CABIN RATE STARTED CLIMBING AT 3500 FT A MINUTE. DURING DECENT NORMAL PRESSURIZATION RESUMED & ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED. RAN ENGS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. REMOVED LT & RT ENG COWLING FOR ACCESS & RT PYLON PANEL 412CB FOR TROUBLESHOOTING PRECOOLER BUTTERFLY VLV ACCESS. ONLY FAIL LIGHT WAS ACM OVERHEAT. RAN ACFT WITH ONLY 1 ENG RUNNING AT A TIME, CONFIRMED SOURCE FROM EACH SATISFACTORY & FLOW CONTROL VLVS WORKING & ACM OPERATING. TOOK TEMP READING OF BLEED AIR INTO ACM HEAT EXCHANGER FINDING EACH SIDE EQUAL AT 200F ON GND 65F OAT. FOUND TEMP DROP INTO 1ST STAGE OF HEAT EXCHANGER AT 80 TO 100F. DURING RUNS COULD NOT DUPLICATE A FAILURE. PLACED AN OVERHEAT TEMP SWITCH ON ORDER. R & R TEMP SWITCH. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 21-51-00. OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
AT FLIGHT LEVEL 430, THE EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED & PRESSURIZATION RATE SURGED, FOLLOWED BY CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ON. CABIN ALTITUDE REACHED APPROX 11500 FT. AN EMERGENCY DECENT WAS EXECUTED. CABIN ALTITUDE ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED AT ABOUT 16000 FT & SYS FUNCTIONED NORMAL. REPLACED ACM OVERTEMP SWITCH IAW MM 21-30-01. LEAK & OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR DIDN'T RETRACT & INDICATED THREE GREEN, ONE RED. RECYCLED GEAR WITH NO CHANGE. BOTH "ENG CONTROL FAULT" LIGHTS ILLUMINATED & DIDN'T EXTINGUISH AFTER RESETTING, IAW CHECKLIST. ACFT DIDN'T PRESSURIZE & BOTH THE TCAS AND TRANSPONDER MALFUNCTIONED. "LO BRK PRESS" & "ANTISKID INOP" ENUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED WHILE GEAR HANDLE WAS UP. SHORTLY AFTER, PUT GEAR HANDLE DOWN, LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. "ENG CNTRL FAULT" ENUNCIATORS FUNCTIONED NORMALLY AFTER BATTERY "OFF" & BATTERY "BATT" ACCOMPLISHED IAW CHECKLIST. R & R PCB NZ046 & NZ044 IAW MM 24-51-02. LANDING GEAR OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00. TCAS OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 34-42-04. TRANSPONDER OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 34-54-05. COMPLIED WITH GROUND RUNS, NO FAULTS NOTED. FADEC OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 76-14-00. PRESSURIZATION OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 21-31-00. ANTI-SKID OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-40-00.
THE BRAKES WORKED WHEN THE ACFT IS SITTING STILL BUT WHEN MOVING THE LT AND RT SIDE BRAKES PULSE WHEN APPLIED. THE PULSING CAN BE FELT IN THE REAR OF THE PLANE. A AUDIBLE NOISE OF CHATTERING CAN BE HEARD. APPLIED BRAKES WITH ANTI-SKID ON AND INITIALLY HEARD A 1 SECOND HYD KNOCK AND FELT IMPULSES IN RT PEDAL DURING THE SAME TIME SPAN. COULD NOT DUPLICATE AGAIN WITH ANTI-SKID SWITCH IN EITHER POSITION STATIONAIRY OR DURING TAXI. BLED BRAKES, LT AND RT SIDE, AND THEN PERFORMED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYS OPS CHECK IAW MM 32-42-00, AS ADVISED BY MFG SUPPORT DESK. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PRESSED BRAKES SEVERAL TIMES IN THE HANGAR AND HAD NO IMPULSES IN THE BRAKE SYS. RE-TAXIED ACFT. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT ADVANCED THROTTLES FORWARD FOR TAKEOFF. THROTTLES STOPPED AT APPROXIMATELY CRUISE DETENT. ATTEMPTED TO REACH TAKEOFF DETENT, A CRUNCHING FEEL NOTED IN MOVEMENT. THROTTLES MOMENTARILY REACHED TAKEOFF DETENT. LEVERS MOVED BACK FROM TAKE OFF DETENT & TAKEOFF ABORTED. MAXIMUM SPEED AT ABORT WAS LESS THAN 60 KNOTS. A GRITTINESS NOTED IN THROTTLE MOVEMENT & FRICTION LOCK PREVIOUSLY SET FOR A LOOSER FEEL. PERFORMED DETAILED INSPECTION & NOTICED WAS FROM ENVIRONMENTAL PANEL LIGHTS TO BE PULLED OUT OF PANEL. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT PANEL WITH NEW IAW AMM 33-11-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THROTTLES WITH NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME.
EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION CAME ON TWICE FOR ABOUT 3 SECONDS EACH TIME, WITH 5-7 SCEONDS BETWEEN EVENTS, ACM LIGHT DID NOT COME ON. INSPECTED WIRING IN THE COCKPIT & FOUND GROUND 45 LOOSE. TIGHTENED & CHECKED IAW MM 21-32-00. SYS OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON TAKE OFF FROM SAF RIGHT MLG DID NOT RETRACT; RED UNSAFE LIGHT WAS ON. RIGHT MAIN VISUALLY VERIFIED AS NOT RETRACTING. CYCLED GEAR DOWN GOT 3 GREENS AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. DID NOT USE EMERGENCY BOTTLE TO BLOW DOWN GEAR. TROUBLESHOT DISCREPANCY TO FAULTY RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH. REMOVED OLD SWITCH AND REPLACED WITH NEW SWITCH. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL TEST. OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK IAW MM CH 32-61-00.
POWER BRAKE/ANTI-SKID ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATING. PUMP CAN BE HEARD RUNNING, HOWEVER DOES NOT PUMP UP PRESSURE ENOUGH TO EXTINGUISH LIGHT. POWER BRAKE CIRCUT BREAKER IS PULLED TO KEEP PUMP FROM RUNNING. INVESTIGATED SQUAWK, DETERMINED THAT THE BRAKE ACCUMULATOR WAS OVER SERVICED AND- WHEN SERVICED PROPERLY- SYSTEM OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY ALL WORK IAW MM 32-40-00
AUTOPILOT CAME OFF 3 TIMES INFLIGHT. IT KICKED OFF TWICE ON CLIMB OUT AND ONCE AT LEVEL OFF. NO TRIM MISCOMPARE OR HEAVY CONTROL FORCES, NO ANNUNCIATORS. RAN DIAGNOSTIC CHECK IAW MM 34-60-00. NO CURRENT AUTOPILOT FAULTS NOTED. AUTOPILOT SYS OPS CHECK GOOD IN HANGER IAW MM 22-00-00.
