FOUND BIRD INGESTED IN NR 2 COMPLIED WITH NR 2 ENGINE BOROSCOPE INSPECTION COMPRESSOR SECTION IAW ETN EM 72-026 NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO DFW AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED A BLOWN OUT HOSE ON THE NR 1 PACK BETWEEN THE DUAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALVE AND THE PACK VALVE IAW EMB-140 AMM 21-51-01. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS OK. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4141, DURING A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT FLOOR PROXIMITY STRIP (LEFT AFT) HAS BROKEN WIRES. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLOOR PROX STRIP. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4141, DURING A ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CHECK, FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT FLOOR PROXIMITY STRIP (LEFT AFT) HAS BROKEN WIRES. ISSUED MEL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4820, CREW REPORTED UPON GEAR RETRACTION GOT 'LANDING GEAR HANDLE DISAGREE WITH GEAR DOWN AND UNSAFE INDICATION. CYCLED GEAR AND GEAR CAME UP. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINE LANDING GEAR HANDLE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER IAW AMM 32-32-02. PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL SYSTEM CHECK IAW EMB AMM 32-30-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AND NR 8194; AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4915, CREW REPORTED JUST AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN SELECTING GEAR UP, GOT A LANDING LEVER DISAGREE ON EICAS. CYCLED GEAR AS PER AOM PROCEDURES. SAME MESSAGE. CYCLED LEVER DOWN GOT 3 GREEN AND NO LEVER DISAGREE MESSAGE. RETURNED TO CVG. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED HARNESS AND NOSE WOW SWITCH PER EMB AMM 32-63-05. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
