AFTER DEPARTING KMDW WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RETRACT LANDING GEAR, GEAR HANDLE WAS STUCK IN DOWN POSITION. A FEW SECONDS LATER, WE RECEIVED AN AMBER GROUND DETECT FAULT AMBER CAS MESSAGE. MESSAGE REMAINED ON FOR ENTIRE FLIGHT AND WE DID NOT ATTEMPT ANY MORE GEAR RETRACTIONS. NOSE GEAR WOW TAB APPEARS TO HAVE POSSIBLE DAMAGE RELATED TO PREVIOUS WRITE UP. MEASURED NLG STRUT IAW AMM 12-20-10 AND FOUND TO BE 9.75 WITH NO SERVICING NEEDED AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL OPS CHKD GOOD. INSPECTED ALL NLG WIRING FOR DAMAGE WITH NO DEFECTS. RANG OUT NLG WOW SWITCH & FOUND SWITCH INTERMITTENT. REMOVED FAILED SWITCH & INSTALLED A NEW SWITCH IAW AMM 32-60-10. OPS CHKD GOOD.

BEFORE TECH COULD PERFORMED BATTERY CHARGING PROCEDURE ENCOUNTER BATTERY COLD L/R FAULT WHICH TRIPPED THE REMOTE CBS TURNING OFF MAIN BATTERIES, ENABLED BATTERY HEATERS TO HEAT BATTERIES IN ORDER TO POWER ON A/C. ONCE POWER WAS FINALLY APPLIED TO A/C, CHARGED EMER BATTERY PROCEDURE THEN PERFORMED OPS CHECK. OPS CHECK IS GOOD. CLOSED UP ALL ACCESS PANELS. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IN REF TO 33-50-07 AND 33-50-00.

PERFORMED THE CABIN DOOR LATCHING/LOCKING SYSTEM AND DOOR WARNING SYSTEM TEST (POWER OFF, BATTERIES CONNECTED) IAW CE700 MM 52-70-00 WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED.
