MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT AFT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE DURING A FUNCTIONAL CHECK. THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS RELAMPED AND THE FUNCTION CHECK IS NOW NORMAL.
DURING A TEST OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FROM ROW 19 AND AFT WERE INOP. MAINTENANCE INSTALLED AND CHARGED A NEW BATTERY PACK AND THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOW OP CHECK NORMAL.
DURING A FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE LIGHTS AT ROWS 14-18 FAILED THE TEST. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK AND THE LIGHTS OPERATE NORMAL.
FLIGHT ATTENDANT FOUND THE AFT PROTECTIVE BREATHING EQUIPMENT SEAL BROKEN. THE PBE WAS NOT USED AND MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE SEAL ON THE PBE.
THE LEFT AFT OVERWING DOOR AFT WINDOW EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT WAS FOUND INOP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BULB IN THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT.
PILOT WROTE, ON TAKEOFF, BOTH ENGINES STABLE AT 40 PERCENT. GOT NO ACCELERATION ON ENGINE NR 2 A/T RESPONDS NORMALLY TO MANUAL INPUT. MAINTENANCE PLACED ON MEL 22-4. PERFORMED A/T BITE PROCEDURE 22-31 TASK 801 AND A/T TO/GA SWITCH OPERATION. NO DISCREPANCIES OR CURRENT FAULTS. CLEARS MEL 22-4.
EXIT SIGN COVER LEFT AFT GALLEY CAME LOOSE. MAINTENANCE REINSTALLED EXIT SIGN AS REQUIRED, OK FOR SERVICE.
FOUND RIGHT FWD OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. RELAMPED RIGHT FWD OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
Left wing to body overheat lite came on in flight at approximately 37,500 feet. Found connection between aft cargo loops M348 & M1147. Cleaned connection and fault cleared.
