PROCEED TO DESTINATION WITH NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. THE CAS REMAINED THROUGH OUT THE DURATION OF THE FLIGHT. ADJUSTED RIGGING OF EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR PROXIMITY SWITCH TO PROPER SPECIFICATIONS IAW AMM 52-70-15. OPS AND PRESSURIZATION CHKS GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
ON GROUND GOT RED BAGGAGE FIRE LIGHT CAS MESSAGE. POWERED UP ACFT & ABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY, WENT THRU FAULT HISTORY & FOUND ALERT ID 593. THIS FAULT IS TRIGGERED WHEN AFT CARGO SMOKE DETECTOR INPUT TO GSD2 INDICATES SMOKE DETECTED. IAW TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE AMM 26-12-00. FOUND SMOKE DETECTOR FAILED RED LIGHT ON, & FWD DETECTOR RED LIGHT OFF. VERIFY & FOUND POWER ON CONNECTOR, BUT SYS TEST FAILED. REMOVED AFT SMOKE DETECTOR, FOUND COVER WITH DUST, CLEANED, VERIFY CONNECTION PINS & FOUND OK, INSTALLED SMOKE DETECTOR (UCI0I) IAW AMM 26-12-05 & RED LED LIGHT OUT. PERFORMED AFT CARGO SYS OPS CHECK IAW AMM 26-12-0D, SYS WORKING PROPERLTY, NO RED CARGO FIRE LIGHT, NO CAS MESSAGE. OPS CHECK OK
OXYGEN BOTTLES LOST PRESSURE WHILE IN FLIGHT. BOTH OXYGEN BOTTLES WERE AT 1500-1600 ON PREFLIGHT.
CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTING IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WITH BATTERIES OFF & FOLLOWING A 30 MIN CHARGE WITH APU ON, EMERGENCY LIGHTS WILL ILLUMINATE IN ON, BUT FAIL TO ILLUMINATE IN ARM. FAILURE DISCOVERED DURING PREFLT WHEN INTERIOR & EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE IN EITHER SWITCH POSITION, NOTING ACFT HAD ONLY BEEN OFF FOR APPROX 3 HRS AFTER SEVERAL HOURS OF FLYING. TROUBLESHOT TO FAULTY ELPS NR 4, 3 & 2. REMOVED FAULTY ELPS 4 & INSTALLED NEW ELPS. REMOVED BATTERY PACK & INSTALLED NEW BATTERY PACK. REMOVED BATTERY PACK & INSTALLED NEW BATTERY PACK. POWERED ACFT, PERFORMED OPS CHK OF EMERGENCY LIGHT SYSTEM, OPS CHKD GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 33-53-13, 33-53-09, & 33-53-05. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
FLOOR LIGHTING UNDER SEATS 5, 9, AND LAV ARE INOP. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: FLOOR LIGHTING UNDER SEATS 5, 9, AND LAV ARE INOP. REMOVED SEAT 5 SHROUD AND INSPECTED CONNECTOR PC2043. FOUND PIN 1 RECESSED IN CONNECTOR, REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW 43031-0009 PIN AND INSERTED INTO CONNECTOR. FOUND THAT WIRE SUPPOSED TO BE INSTALLED IN PIN #3 WAS INSTALLED IN #4 SPOT. MOVED WIRE TO #3 SPOT AND RESTORED ACCESS,SEAT 5 PATH LIGHT OPS CHECK GOOD ON BOTH EMERGENCY LIGHTING AS WELL AS THE PATH LIGHT SETTING ON CLAIRITY. GAINED ACCESS TO SEAT #9 SHROUD AND FOUND PIN #3 HAD RECESSED. RE-INSERTED PIN INTO CONNECTOR AND RESTORED ACCESS, SEAT 9 PATH LIGHT OPS CHECK GOOD ON BOTH EMERGENCY LIGHTING AS WELL AS PATH LIGHT SETTING ON CLAIRITY. TOILET FASCIA LIGHT FOUND INOP ON EMERGENCY LIGHTING SETTING ONLY. LIGHT FUNCTIONS AS INTENDED WHEN ACCENT LIGHTING IS TURNED ON FOR THE LAVATORY. TOEKICK LIGHT DOES NOT WORK WITH EMERGENCY LIGHTING SET TO ON. FURTHER RING-OUT REQUIRED TO PINPOINT WHERE WIRE IS OPEN. UPON FINAL INSTALLATION OF THE SHROUD, WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETELY SECURE ALL WIRES IN THE SOCKETS. ALL ABOVE WORK PERFORMED IAW CITATION STANDARD PRACTICES MANUAL 20-30-15. PINNED SEAT #5 MOLEX CONNECTOR. RANGOUT TOE KICK LIGHT FOUND NO POWER AT CONNECTOR PF2046. FUSE BLOWN REPLACED FUSE WITH A SPARE FROM THE BOX. ALL ABOVE MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED IAW STANDARD PRACTICE MANUAL 20-30-15. EMERGENCY LIGHTS OP CHECK GOOD IAW M/M 33-50-00-711. NO ISSUES NOTED. 2024-12-19. INSTALLED PANEL 281BC, 281AC AND 282ER IAW INTERIORS MANUAL 25-50-01. AWAITING THE REPLACEMENT SPARE FUSE TO INSTALL COCKPIT PANEL 235BL AND PILOTS SEAT. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND THAT OPENING THE AFT VANITY MEDICINE CABINET BLOWS THE FUSE AND THEREFORE TURNS OFF THE TOE KICK LIGHT. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING IS REQUIRED. 2024-12-19 RANGOUT PF2046 PIN 1 OF TOILET FASCIA LIGHT THROUGH DIODE DF2019 TO P124F PIN 1 OF VANITY TOE KICK LIGHT HAD CONTINUITY THROUGH BOTH SIDESOF DIODE. REPLACED DIODE P/N: S3106-4. ALL ABOVE MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED IAW STANDARD PRACTICE MANUAL 20-30-15. EMERGENCY LIGHTS OP CHECK GOOD IAW M/M 33-50-00-711. NO ISSUES NOTED. REPLENISHED SPARE FUSES P/N: BK/ATC-1 FOR THE FORWARD EMERGENCY FUSE BOX. INSTALLED COCKPIT PANEL 235BL AND PILOTS SEAT.

CORRECTIVE ACTION; GAINED ACCESS TD A/C. POWERED UP NC VIA GPU. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS POWERED ON. MOVED EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH TO ARM AND PRESSED PASSENGER SAFETY BUTTON. ALL LIGHTS TURNED ON EXCEPT LH FWD DIVIDER EXIT LIGHT. REMOVED LH CABIN DIVIDER. PERFORMED WIRING CHECKS OF CONNECTOR J210F AND JC2069. WIRING CHECKS GOOD. REMOVED AFT BAGGAGE PANEL. PERFORMED WIRING CHECKS OF AFT FUSE BOX FUSE H0013. WIRING CHECKS GOOD. CONTACTED MCC AND INFORMED OF SUCCESFUL WIRING CHECKS. MCC INFORMED THAT THE LH CABIN DIVDER EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT IS NOT PART OF THE PASSENGER SAFETY SYSTEM AND THE OPERATION OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS IS NORMAL. REINSTALLED AFT BAGGAGE PANEL. REINSTALLED LH CABIN DIVIDER. PERFORMED FINAL OPS CHECK OF CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS. OPS CHECK GOOD. (REF.CE-700 MM 33-50-00)

LOWER LAV EMER LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE WITH POWER ON CHECKLIST PER AOM. INSPECTED ALL LIGHT CONNECTIONS & WIRING ASSOCIATED WITH EMER TOILET PATH WIRING . REF WDM 33-50-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED. NOTICED FUSE H0007 HAD MIGRATED OUT SLIGHTLY. PUSHED FUSE BACK IN & LIGHT CHECKED GOOD. AFTER A SHORT TIME NOTICED FUSE MOVED SLIGHTLY AGAIN. SUSPECT FUSE BLOCK TO BE THE PROBLEM. AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION & TROUBLESHOOTING NOTICED FUSE H0007 TO HAVE A WORN SPADE COMPARED TO A NEW FUSE. INSTALLED NEW H0007 FUSE IAW SPM 33-50-15. LIGHTING CHECKS GOOD.
EMERGENCY LIGHT SING ON THE FORWARD BULKHEAD IS OUT WHEN IN THE ARMED POSITION. CREW HAS GIVEN MCC PERMISSION TO SIGN OFF AS EIE.
L/H THRUST REVERSER I/B AND O/B BEAMS HAS AREAS OF MINOR CORROSION.

CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMER LIGHTS WILL NOT ILLUMINATE IN THE "ON" POSITION, BUT THEY DO ILLUMINATE IN THE "ARM" POSITION. WE RAN THE APU FOR 20 MINUTES AND THEN SHUT DOWN AND ATTEMPTED TO TEST AGAIN AND SAME ISSUE. AFTER FURTHER CONFERRING WITH MCC WE RAN THE APU FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES WITH THE SAME RESULT.
AFTER TAKEOFF AND SELECTING LANDING GEAR UP, NOSE GEAR CAME UP, BUT BOTH MAIN GEAR INDICATIONS WERE AMBER. GEAR MISCOMPARE AND GEAR DOOR OPEN CAS MESSAGES APPEARED. AFTER SELECTING LANDING GEAR HANDLE DOWN, NOTHING HAPPENED FOR APPROXIMATELY 90 SECONDS. THEN BOTH MAIN GEAR CAME DOWN FOLLOWED BY THREE GREEN INDICATIONS. SIGN OFF. TEAM 700 REVIEWED ARES RECORDS AND NOTED RT MAIN GEAR I/B DOOR SIGNAL CUTTING OUT IN FLIGHT. THEY RECOMMENDED INSPECT AND ADJUST PROXIMITY SWITCH. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND CHECKED MAIN GEAR DOOR OPEN SENSOR RIGGING, FOUND SENSOR (UY015) TO BE AT 0.056 INCH FROM TARGET PLATE AND M.M. CALLS OUT 0.03 INCH. ADJUSTED SENSOR TO 0.03 INCH. PERFORMED GEAR SWING AND ALL INDICATIONS CHECKED GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW 700 M.M. CHAPTER 32-60-30. SERVICED HYDRAULICS AND DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT.
RIGHT BRAKE DRAGGED SEVERELY DURING EXITING RUNWAY. SIGNIFICANT VIBRATION & YAWING WERE EXPERIENCED. AFTER SETTING & RELEASING THE PARKING BRAKE & WAITED 5 MINUTES, THE TAXI IN WAS NORMAL. JACKED RT MLG, INSPECTED BRAKE, NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED. WHEEL FREELY ROTATED. SET BRAKE & PARKING BRAKE, NO ISSUES AFTER RELEASING BRAKES. LOWERED RT MAIN, TAXIED ACFT, WHILE TAXING, APPLIED BRAKES SEVERAL TIMES, DID NOT EXPERIENCE DRAGGING BRAKES OR WAVERING OF ACFT. NO DISCREPANCY WAS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ACCOMPLISHED IAW MM 32-10-00.
DURING FLAP EXTENSION ON APPROACH, THE FLAPS FROZE BETWEEN THE 7 DEGREE DETENT AND THE 15 DEGREE DETENT. RAN FLAPS THUR ALL POSITIONS VARIOUS TIMES - NO DEFECTS NOTED. PLACED LOAD ON FLAPS AND RAN NO DEFECTS. OPEN RT PEDESTAL PANEL. EXAMINED SWITCHES WHILE RUNNING FLAPS - NO DEFECTS. RANG OUT SWITCH - NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLOSED PEDESTAL. COMPLIED WITH FLAP ACTUATOR HYD BYPASS CHECK IAW MM TASK. 25-51-04-790. BOTH ACTUATORS ARE SERVICEABLE AT THIS TIME. C/W ALL SAFETIES. 9-17 RETRACTED FLAPS. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
VISUAL DISCREPANCY OBSERVED DURING TAKEOFF CROSS CHECKS. NO FLAGS OR ANNUNCIATORS WITNESSED. PILOTSIDE AIRSPEED STAYED STEADY AT 53 KTS. COPILOTS AIRSPEED WAS INCREASING AT A NORMAL RATE. ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 86 KTS. PURGED CAPT PITOT SYS IAW MM 34-11-10 PAGE 11 PAR 5. TESTED AIRSPEED IAW MM 34-11-25 PAR 2 PILOTS PITOT SYS LEAK CK. ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL.
PILOTSIDE AIRSPEED STAYED STEADY AT 53 KTS. COPILOTS AIRSPEED WAS INCREASING AT A NORMAL RATE. ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 86 KTS.
DURING FLIGHT THE RIGHT CLOCK CIRCUT BREAKER POPPED FOLLOWED BY A BURNING SMELL THAT LASTED FOR 5-10 SECONDS. FOUND POWER WIRE CHAFED ON COPILOTS DISPLAY UNIT. REMOVED DAMAGED SECTION OF WIRE AND SPLICED ENDS BACK TOGETHER. RE-ROUTED WIRE BUNDLE AWAY FROM DISPLAY UNIT. ALL WORK DONE IAW WDM CH 31-20-02.
AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN, RT MAIN GREEN LIGHT AND GEAR UNLOCKED RED LIGHT BEGAN TO FLICKER INTERMITTENT (3 GREEN NO RED).
AFTER SELECTING GEAR DOWN, RT MAIN GREEN LIGHT AND GEAR UNLOCKED RED LIGHT BEGAN TO FLICKER INTERMITTENT (3 GREEN NO RED). TROUBLESHOT TO FAULTY RT MLG ACTUATOR DOWNLOCK SWITCH. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR. LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS NORMAL IAW MM 32-11-02.
DURING NORMAL GEAR EXTENISON ON FINAL APPROACH, LT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED BY THE GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT. CLEAN AND LUBRICATED LT AND RT MLG UPLOCKS. COMPLETED LANDING GEAR HYD SYS FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW MM CHAPTER 32-01 WITH NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME.
TAXING FOR DEPARTURE, ANTISKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED RETURNING., THE LOW BRAKE PRESS LITE ILLUMINATED, WE USED THE EMERGENCY BRAKES FOR PARKING. FOUND BRAKE PUMP FILTER HOUSING LEAKING REPLACED HOUSING (BOWL) WITH NEW O-RING AND HOUSING BLEED SYSTEM SERVICED EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM TO FULL. TAXI AIRCRAFT OPS, LEAK CHECKS GOOD ALL WORK IAW MM CH 32-42-00.
LOUD BANG HEARD AT ROTATION ON THE AIRCRAFT. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND SERVICED MAIN STRUTS WITH FLUID AND NITROGEN IAW 560 MM 12-14-01. PERFORMED GEAR SWING SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DISCREPANCES NOTED. SERVICED RESERVOIR IAW 560 MM 12-12-01.
UPON TAXI OUT THE CO-PILOT APPLIED FULL RT RUDDER AND HAD NO RT BRAKE. THE CAPT APPLIED RT BRAKE WHICH WORKED BUR THE RT BRAKE AND RUDDER PEDAL MADE A LOUD CATCHING NOISE AND STUCK TO THE FLOOR (IN FULL BRAKING MODE). STOMPED ON THE LT PEDAL TO RELEASE THE RT SIDE. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
NO GREEN LIGHT ON LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WHEN SELECTED DOWN. INTRANSIT LIGHT ON, HYD PRESS LIGHT OFF, GEAR UNSAFE WARNING HORN ON. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
AT ROTATION GOT LOUD NOISE AND EXCESSIVE HEAT AND A NOTICEABLE ODOR WAS PRESENT. ANNUNCIATOR PANEL WAS CLEAR, PRESSURE SOURCE WAS NORMAL, ANNUNCIATOR PANEL EMERGENCY PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN CYCLED KNOB TO RIGHT. EMERGENCY PRESSURE THEN BACK TO NORMAL -1400 ON CABIN ALTITUDE PANEL. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
