CLEANED AND LUBRICATED THE PINS, CYCLED THE MED DOOR FROM CLOSE TO OPEN BOTH INSIDE AND OUT MULTIPLE TIMES AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAULT. PER MCC DUE TO NO HISTORY WE CAN CLEAR THIS MEL, ALL WORK DONE IAW THE AMM 12-20-15.

RESTORED COCKPIT SIDE CONSOLE BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGRATION. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IN REF WITH AMM 24-60-25.

CHARGE AMD STILL NOT HOLDING CHARGE. //SIGNOFF// WE PERFORMED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY EXERCISE PROCEDURE AND FOUND THAT NO LIGHTS ILLUMINATE AFTER THE INITIAL 60·MINUTE CHARGE, WE INSPECTED ALL FOUR EMERGENCY BATTERIES FOR VOLTAGE AND FOUND THE LH AND RH FWD EMERGENCY BATTERIES ARE HOLDING 27 VOLTS, THE LH FWD INERTIA SWITCH PUSHBUTTON IS NOT SECURED AND REQUIRES REPLACEMENT, THE LH AND RH AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES ARE NOT READING ANY VOLTAGE . ALL FOUR BATTERIES ARE RECEIVING 27 VOLTS FOR CHARGING FROM THE AIRCRAFT WHEN POWER IS APPLIED. WITH ONLY THE FWD EMERGENCY BATTERIES CONNECTED WE ARE ABLE TO ILLUMINATE ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING, BUT WHEN THE AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES ARE CONNECTED NO LIGHTS WILL ILLUMINATE BK-JR• 02/09/2024 FOUND THE LH FWD INTERTIA SWITCH BOOT TO BE DISPLACED, RESECURED RUBBER BOOT AND SWITCH IS OK FOR SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES WITH REPAIRED BATTERIES IAW TEXTRON CE-700 AMM 33·50·05 AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW TEXTRON CE-700 AMM 33·50-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. COMPLETED CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK SYSTEM RIGGING IAW CE 700 AMM 52-10-43 AS REQUESTED BY MCC. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES FOUND. COMPLETED CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST 5 TIMES IAW CE 700 52-10-43 WITH NO DISCREPANCIES FOUND.

I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS THE EMER BATTERIES THAT ARE FAULTY. // SIGNOFF// (GAINED ACCESS TO ANO RESET ALL 4 G-SWITCHES IN THE EMER LIGHT SYSTEM, 2 FWD AND 2 AFT TOP CHARGED EMER LIGHT BATTERIES. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE EMER LIGHT SYSTEM AND ALL OPS CHECKS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. REF. CE-700 AMM 33-50-00.

ONE HOUR INTO CRUISE AT FL410, DETECTED AN UNDEFINED ODOR. TEMP SELECTOR WAS IN 11:00 POSITION. THE LT SIDE OF THE CABIN WAS NOTICEABLY WARMER THAN THE RT SIDE. LATER, WITH TEMP SELECT AT 4:00 POSITION THERE WAS NO DECREASE IN ODOR AND NO CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE. THE RT SIDE OF THE CABIN DID HEAT ON DESCENT. VERY LITTLE AIR FLOW CAME OUT OF DEFOG VENTS IN COCKPIT. FOUND RAM AIR DUCT DISCONNECTED IN AFT BAY. SECURED DUCT. CLEANED COALESCER SOCK IAW AMM 221-70-00. PERFORMED ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW AMM 21-00-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO ODOR NOTED.

TROUBLESHOT TO A MALFUNCTIONING HYD PUMP VALVE IAW AMM 32-30-00 . R & R DUMP VALVE. FOUND RT SWITCH OUT OF RIG. ADJUSTED RIG OF THE RT SQUAT SWITCH AND VERIFIED PROPER RIG IAW MM. CYCLED LANDING GEAR. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.

ALL PARAMETERS WITHIN LIMITS AT THIS TIME IAW MM CHAP 5-10-00, 77-20-00, 77-20-00, 75-30-01, 75-00-00 AND MM CHAP 36-12-01.
