L1 DOOR ESCAPE SLIDE FAILED TO INFLATE DURING DEPLOYMENT PROCESS.
TAIL COMPARTMENT TEMP HIGH WARNING LIGHT COME ON DURING CLIMB. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND THE LT COOLING TURBINE OULET DUCT LOOSE FROM THE CLAMP, REPOSITIONED THE PNEUMATIC DUCT AND SECURED THE CLAMP, PERFORMED OPS & LEAK CHECKS, NO LEAKS NOTED IAW IAW AMM 21-51-01. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE TAIL COMPARTMENT OVERHEAT SENSORS AND ALERTS FOUND GOOD IAW AMM 36-20-02.
TAIL COMPARTMENT TEMP HIGH WARNING LIGHT CAME ON DURING CLIMB. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND THE RT COOLING TURBINE OUTLET DUCT CLAMP LOOSE. REPOSITIONED THE PNEUMATIC DUCT AND SECURED THE CLAMP. PERFORMED AN OPS & LEAK CHECK, NO LEAKS NOTED IAW AMM 21-51-01. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE TAIL COMPARTMENT OVERHEAT SENSORS AND ALERTS AND FOUND SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 36-20-02.
WIRE BURNING ODOR AT 12000 FT, SMOKE IN FWD CABIN. TURNED OFF MASTER GALLEY POWER SWITCH, SMOKE DISSIPATED. PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION AND EWIS ON MASTER GALLEY POWER SWITCH AND SURROUNDING CIRCUITRY AT OVER HEAD PANEL, AND ON EPC PANEL AND GALLEY WIRING IAW AMM 20-51-00, AND SWP 20-10-00. NO FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES NOTICED. INSPECTED OVEN AT FWD GALLEY, FOUND BURNED PLASTIC MATERIAL ON THE INSIDE LT WALL OF THE OVEN. REMOVED MATERIAL IAW 25-39-03 AND OP'S CHECKED OVEN AT HIGH TEMP FOR 10 MIN., NO ODOR NOTED.
GEAR DOOR OPEN LIGHT AND LEFT GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. DIVERTED. ON INSPECTION, FOUND MLG INBD LOWER LINK ASSY DAMAGED. REPLACED IAW AMM 32-32-02, OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 32-30-00.
RIGHT FIRE INDICATION AND BOTH LOOP LIGHTS ILLUMINATED DURING CLIMB OUT. ALL LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED AFTER REDUCING THRUST. OPENED NR 2 ENGINE FOUND UPPER INBD ANTI-ICE AIR TUBE RUPTURED UP TO STAGE 8 IAW AMM 75-10-02.REMOVED AND INSTALLED NR 2 ENGINE INBD UPPER ANTI-ICE DUCT IAW 75-10-02.PERFORMED ENGINE RUN AND LEAK CHECK ALL SATISFACTORY NO LEAKS NOTED.
BOTH HAND MIKES NOT WORKING, CAPT AND F/O. PERFORMED OPS CHECK ON CAPT SIDE IAW AMM 23-50-02, FOUND NORMAL. T/S ON F/O SIDE FOUND AUDIO CONTROL PANEL INOPERATIVE. R & R F/O AUDIO CONTROL PANEL IAW AMM 23-50-02, OPS CHECK FOUND NORMAL.
